Lately I don't recieve all of my mail any more. I have credit cards and utilities bills that charge late fee's when they're not paid on time. I don't who is at fault if it is local or the new post master general causing all of these problems. I think he made things worse!

I had a terrible experience there today with one of the lady’s up front. I came in to get my passport done, but did not have my birth certificate on me since I am not from here and I am only here as a college student. She was very rude and condescending towards me and quick to shut me down. I will never be going back there because of the hag that I had to deal with. I understand that I needed the document, but her attitude towards me was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I wish I knew her name so I could put her on full blast, but I didn’t care enough to want to remember her.

Saturday morning, 2 clerks, a very long line of people.. one clerk leaves, the other tied up with a family needing passports. Unbelievably poor customer service. That other clerk should have helped the other individuals in line before leaving.

I have a package that is being sent from here via priority mail. Today is the 27th it has “been there” since the 24th. So either they sent the package and didn’t scan it, or they have don’t nothing with it. Either way, I am not happy I have no update on my packages delivery status.

I got a notice by email that my package could not be delivered and there were no instructions in the box. I was home at the time of delivery. I also have been getting other peoples mail in my holder and I assume they have been getting my mail and they are not putting them in for return because I have gotten notices that my payments are over due from not receiving my bills. If by chance they got the notice that they have a package waiting , they can come and get my package.Could you ask for proper ID? This is not the first time that this has happened.Can't the postal person read addresses and put in correct box? I know that there are new delivery persons , but reading was one of the requirements of getting the job. And don't tell me that they are on a time limit. Knowing the correct address and what is on the box should be common knowledge.
