We always go to Tri State first. Faber Conrad, owner, is honest and forthright. We tell him what we're looking for, and he delivers. He'll also tell you anything that needed repaired/updated on his vehicles. And another good reason for buying from Tri State Pre-owned is there's a mechanic on staff ready to fix anything that you need in the future. Can't go wrong here!

I bought a Jeta VW from here about six years ago. I return every couple months to get work done on it even though I travel 90 miles one way. I recently got it inspected in another shop and they comented I had 200 thousand miles on it. The funny thing is I was the only customer in the room who didn't need work done to have it inspected. I can't express how much I respect everyone running this business. Great Job guys.

Went there to get my first car I called him ahead of time and told him I was on my way with the check not even within 10 minutes I get there and he tells me he sold the car poor quality cars look over closely when buying he likes to cut cost

I bought a 2008 Jetta off of Fabre at tristate preowned just last week. I live over an hour away and he was very communicative and transparent about the vehicle, the purchase process and his way of business. I appreciate someone with straight forward answers and had no problem turning money over to him for the car. The cars older so I didn’t expect perfection but the whole transaction and everything under his control went flawlessly. I would buy another one from him.

They are complete jerks!!! Do not buy a car here. The owner is super rude and arrogant and his wife is not a nice person at all. I only walked to in ask a few questions and they treated me awful. Also everything is very over priced.

Staff polite, lot nice. Didn’t remove a car sold 4 days earlier from their website or CarGurus which I drove 5 hours — one way — from Virginia to view with money in hand. Really frustrating even if I should’ve called ahead.

I bought a 2013 chevy equinox . kept having problems with it. Come to find out there was a recall on the vehicle. Date of paymemt was due on 3 31. He had me bring my car in to garage. Hours later he calls and said im late on my payment. I was 1 day late so now its a civil case. Keep in mind a dealership must tell you before you purchase a car if there is a recall on it if they did not fix the recall before selling it. Worst thing ever to happen to someone. I give zero stars.
