Very poor service department. F-150 needed a repair while under warranty, service manager said he will get me in, in a few weeks. That was 6 months ago. Called 2 weeks ago they still haven’t returned me call.

I can't express how upset I am with Meegan Ford. I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change, only to find out that they had damaged my front drivers side wheel. When I brought this to their attention, they denied doing so. My husband cleans this vehicle all the time, and nothing was wrong prior to my oil change. We had had a bad experience with them in the past, but I had talked my husband into giving them another chance, my bad. Never again, they are very dishonest

Great experience at Meegan Ford in Connellsville. My wife's 2019 vehicle's AC stopped working and we called, since it was under warranty, to have it looked at. The folks at the service department squeezed us in and we found out that the compressor had been damaged. Apparently someone backed into her front bumper and, even though there was barely any damage to the bumper itself, it was enough to cause the problem. While the vehicle was there they took care of the recalls and ordered in what they needed to get us all fixed up free of charge.

Great experience dealing with Dean Kinnick at Meegan. I waited about 9 months for my new Ford Maverick but when it arrived the dealership process was smooth as could be. They stood by their word and honored the original MSRP and didn’t add-on any hidden extras. Dean kept in touch during the entire process and promptly answered any questions I threw at him. Impressed with the Maverick so far, a lot of value for the money. MPG for the hybrid is as advertised, when it changes from electric to gas it’s completely unnoticeable. Seats are some of the most comfortable I’ve sat in, build quality especially for a first year vehicle is very solid.

To all costumers watch them when you order a new vehicle from them loyalty means nothing to them they will sell it for a higher price and lie to you
