Always great service. This time the tech was at my office five minutes after my call (he happened to be servicing a nearby business). Dave was fantastic! He took the time to teach me troubleshooting and helped me to understand the machine and all of the functions I didn't know existed.

I am incredibly pleased with the prompt service. I called them in the morning and a tech walked me through the issues I had with one of my copiers and the other copier they were here the next morning fixing the connection issue I had with that one. I'm so happy that I can now scan again on both copiers. Great company highly recommend!
