After getting NOWHERE and being thrown through hoops with my insurance and Safelite, I called Customs Classics regarding my car which was broken into and the driver's side window was smashed. Within days of calling, they had it fixed right up! A big thanks to the talented hardworking guys for replacing the window and doing an excellent job at it to. It may just be a window, but the quick response and timely manner is a HUGE relief to me! Recommended 100%

Got totally jerked around and lied to for getting a vintage truck restored. Was given excuse after excuse as well and no call or communication whatsoever. Go elsewhere, other body shops will gladly accept well into 5 figures in cash.

Unfortunately, I've had to go here multiple times over a a few years due to two broken windshields, dents in my car and dents in my husband's truck. They handled our insurance claims so we didn't have to do much with that. Service was excellent. Great customer service and communication. I highly recommend going here if you need body work.

We had a car roof painted their big mistake. got there and seen my roof bubbled up. No fault of theirs due to issue of the new roof that they put on was defective. we got a new roof they repainted it for another full price due to it not being their fault. when I went to pick it up there it was all nice n shiny looked great at close inspection at the area where the roof attached to the rear quarter panel was a nice new nick in the fiberglass. it looked like to me they dragged the airhose over the quarter panel and a hose clamp over it. the denied it was their fault and then told me to prove it. this car was garage kept in climate controlled its entire life. they went down hill since the old man paased away and the kid took over.
