“A year ago I brought a tiny 2 week old abandoned kitten to Donegal Animal Hospital and they gave him the best care! They were so kind and gentle, treating him like he was their own pet. I had called around to several vets and no one had immediate openings, but Donegal graciously allowed me to book an appointment that started in 10 minutes when I lived 20 minutes away. Thanks to them, he is happy and thriving today!”
“They treated my cat Abe well and explained to me each part of the treatment for the day, we brought him in for a checkup and vaccines however he needed a bit more treatment and they gave me the option to select which recommended treatment I wanted for him
My only issue, which is very minor, was when I was picking him up at the time scheduled I was lead to a room and waited 25 minutes before anyone came in to explain things (because the time of pickup was scheduled I did not expect to wait however I do understand that things come up that need immediate attention)

We made the switch when our previous vet kept avoiding telling us that our preferred vet had left the practice and scheduled us with other vets that just didn’t care the same for our animals. I prefer a more natural care plan for my animals and pine creek has never shamed or treated me or my furbabies any differently. They are open to discussion and are always open to my input which I appreciate so much! Thank you Pine Creek. Also the new location is beautiful!”
“I cannot thank Dr. Libby and the team enough for taking such good care of my boy! We had an unexpected accident, eventually leading to a scary (for me) surgery (splenectomy, tumor removal, multiple tooth extractions, etc.) and Dr. Libby was absolutely amazing…. Both, the surgery tech and Dr. Libby, showed me so much compassion, they were VERY communicative and I truly felt heard and very comfortable after talking with them. The surgery was only one day ago and my dog is handling recovery SO well. I am so, so thankful!”

“We have been bringing our three senior dogs here for the past three years. Dr. Ludwig and the staff is great. He genuinely cares and takes his time in figuring out the issue without overcharging. I thought my senior dog was going to need put down soon but with the proper treatment, he was able to prolong her life and she is happy. Hands down the best vet we have been to.”
“Can't say enough about the service and compassion that kopec vet. offer... jess was quick to respond to my emergency call... sadly after 2 hours of trying to save my late husbands horse, jess had to put him to sleep...she was so kind and compassionate with my loss and never did I feel like a I was just a number to her....”

“I have spent several years hopping around different vets in the lancaster area and I am SO happy I have finally found a place I love and will be staying with for pet care! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is absolutely amazing - I had to come in many times over several weeks for my cats wound care and Dr. Purvis was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured over things and she always was helpful and walked through what was going on with my cat’s care and improvement. I also had to bring in my kids several times and they have a play area and were extremely accommodating. I brought my 5 month old in each time and the ladies were always so helpful with getting me to my vehicle or being a helping hand. It can be stressful as a mom needing to take your children places and they were so kind and caring I truly appreciate it. I wish I found hempfield animal hospital years ago!”
