This pharmacy staff is the best I’ve experienced in a long time, especially for a chain. The pharmacy is especially well staffed. They are efficient and nice.

Make sure you do you research on any other local pharmacies before choosing this location. I’ve been living close for almost a year and already have had more than one bad experience, after finally just switching all doctors to this pharmacy. They’re very inconsiderate when it comes to medications you may need, you could be waiting for over a month. The pharmacist is known for stating “medications are on backorder” without actually contacting you and letting you know just that up front. All the staff are just there for nothing it seems. I’ve had more than one bad experience at this location as far as timeliness with medications that are vital.
Before your time is wasted and you rush to be uncared for, find a better pharmacy that provides medications and/ or even communicates properly!

I never have a good experience at this place when it comes to the pharmacy, ALL of the pharmacy staff are rude, they roll their eyes at you (it’s hard to hear thru that speaker in the drive thru) and especially the Asian pharmacist, she is nasty when she speaks to you, hangs up on you when you call!! As soon as I get to my new doctor I will be changing pharmacies, I have been here for years and years and I just cannot stand the people who work back there anymore!!!

I've never gotten a prescription from here before today and the service was super fast and friendly! CVS was out of amoxicillin and told me to call rite aid and if they had it they could send the prescription to them! I did this and now my child has her antibiotics the same day! Thank you rite aid for amazing service ! I will definitely come back here again!

Rite Aid drugstore very convenient for location. Needed a few items an employees were very helpful an greeted me as I shopped. Helped locate an item I needed. Everyone was very helpful an courteous. So very grateful to them an it's nice to see workers taking the time to help a customer.will definitely visit again.

Don't bother scheduling a Covid vaccine here. Rite Aid will text you a hundred times to confirm and once you get there, the pharmacist will tell you they "can't" without any explanation.

I have use this pharmacy for years and did not have an issue until Friday when I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy tried to charge me full price and then laughed as if it was a joke when I asked why they weren’t using my insurance. The three employees thought that it was really amusing that none of them knew how to input my insurance information. I was even more irritated when the first employee to laugh about not knowing how to do her job would not give me back my insurance card and called the insurance company to find out how to put it in the system. Even after talking to my insurance company and having them explain step-by-step on how to put it in the system she was still unable to give me my prescriptions. It’s one thing to not know how to do your job and to ask for help it’s an entirely different situation to work at the pharmacy and find it amusing to withhold prescriptions from people or to charge full price - luckily mine is not anything that is life-saving. I’m also very lucky that there are other pharmacies around. Please don’t fire the staff I don’t wanna have to change pharmacies again.
