I lost my husband a year ago today. It was important for me to get a haircut today (new beginnings and all that). when I called on Sat. though, there were no available appts. She said if she hada cancellation she would let me know. She kept her promise, and I got a great cut that I love on the day that meant a great deal to me and some solid advice on what may be happening with my hair! Next appt is already booked!
