They have bad costumer serviceEDIT RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT:The fact that you know what incident I’m talking about without knowing me personally shows you know it wasn’t right. I was not there 2 mins before closing i have the call log saved in my phone to prove that it was 15 mins prior to closing. because I was on the phone with my boss about what materials we needed. I can share a screenshot of it.Also it wasn’t about not being able to buy from your store it’s the way I was treated. When I asked to buy lumber the response I got was. “ I’m not opening my gates for you because you sat in your car on the phone for 15 minutes”.. “you shouldn’t have sat in the car for 15 mins”Then when I said ok no problem and went to walk out you both laughed at me.That’s no way to treat customers. I understand you’ll deny that happened and that’s fine. I know what happened and you do as well. I’m just sharing my experience with your store and will no longer shop there

I was in need of new window screens for my house. I had one old screen frame as a model. I called around to different hardware stores and finally found out that Fricke's was one of the few stores who still build, repair, and re-screen screens for windows. All of the employees there were very helpful and I can tell that they all work hard to make this store a great place in the community. Great experience. Highly recommend.
