I went yo dollar general, to purchase a backpack and few other items there. The backpack I was trying to purchase was not priced and the was with backpacks that were priced at $5. When I saw the total amount I was confused because she said the backpack was $15 and there was no price tax saying that and I told her there should be a price tag stating that it’s $15 so customers can know. Her response was I know the prices with A attitude and frustration because there was a line being held up because she didn’t take care of me properly. Terrible customer service. i’m definitely gonna start going to a different Dollar General or go to their competitions because of the service was unprofessional.

They do not answer the phones, there are no bags at self checkout, the baskets are coated with black dirt, shelves are empty, and employees are rude and won't acknowledge or help you. Terrible DG.

This store is amazing. Great customer service. I always find what I'm looking for. I have never had a bad experience going in. Very friendly workers, they are always welcoming. The manager despite all she is going thru. She goes above and beyond to make the store look amazing and well stocked. Fighting cancer and managing a store is a lot on someone. Keeps her head up and moves forward. I recommend this be the spot to shop.

The company sucks but the staff there is great, I see the manager heading in almost every morning at 3am and she’s always there when I come back in the afternoon to get my drinks. The manager works very hard, and so does the staff. I will always appreciate hard working people

Pay attention with the lady at the cashier when u get ur change back she always act like she gives u the right change ? but count it before u leave the store. She did it couple times and I acted I didn’t pay attention next time u will be in trouble OK

This store sucks! It's never stocked, and it never accepts the digital coupons when you enter your phone number. And the staff get smart when you ask about the coupons. Wish they had the old managers back that were here over a year ago

I wish I could give this place zero stars every time we go here after they remodeled they are out of stuff there are always delivery carts from the trucks blocking the shelves they need people to stock shelves at night this corporation only cares about making money but they are leaving so much on the table by being totally disorganized and cheap
