We were at this hotel for a soccer tournament. Upon arrival we checked in and we always do a thorough check to make sure of no bugs. When I looked at the nightstand I noticed bugs. Then I proceeded to look at the comforters and I noticed there was a dead one on one of the beds. We immediately went to the desk to be switched. They then gave us another room which was a king sized room and it smelled horribly of smoke and the couch was so dirty my husband grabbed a sheet to put over it and we didn’t even pull it out . We were so exhausted we stayed there for the night and spoke with the front desk the next morning to advise. We then received a call that they cleaned the first room. We then said was there a professional who came in and sprayed? Needless to say we changed for the 3rd time to the first floor and it was much better!! But ew never staying in a comfort inn again!!! As a result we asked what they weee going to do for inconvenience and gave 20% which I don’t feel is fair. We should at least be reimbursed for the first night!!

The rooms are fine we haven't found anything wrong with them and the location is great for us. The only problem i have found so far is that the staff goes outside during a shift and was smoking. One other thing the elevator takes forever!Food & drinks: They have very minimal breakfast options and they have coffee caffeinated/decaf in the lobby all day.Noteworthy details: The staff was smoking during a shift.

Old rooms, not soundproofed, cleaning not done every day, aging hotel, many newer hotels nearby. Decent breakfast.

Love this place super clean room and affordable. Has fridge and microwave. They got us in before check in and are allowing us to check out late as we had a crisis and are stuck in this area for a night. Super accommodating. Someone was doing ding song ditch tho but that’s not the hotels fault

Not the best but I have been at worse. The first room we were in was on the first floor. It had an odor I couldn’t put my finger on. Definitely outdated, the chair was old and dirty, lampshade was dirty and so were the curtains. Went out to dinner and came back about 9pm to ants in our room, near the bathroom sink. The front desk lady was happy to move us and stated the first floor always has ants. My husband even saw ants in the lobby on the coffee/tea table. Mind you this is March on Pa. She moved us to the third floor where that room was definitely cleaner and somewhat more updated. We didn’t go up to our room right away due to a parent in our group coming down to the lobby stating there was a fight in a third floor room across from our high school team! The front desk girl ended up calling the police and stated this couple has been trouble before. Why do you allow them to return then? After waiting what seemed like forever, the police had kicked the couple out. In the meantime this lady at the front desk was left to handle the phone calls, irate guests and the police all on her own. Eventually after the police kicked the couple out the manager or owner or whomever he was ended up coming out of his “residence” on the first floor. He was content to let her handle everything on her own! The elevator was sketchy to say the least. Pool seemed fine and the breakfast was OK. The room on the first floor had a fan in the bathroom. The third floor room did not and the shower squealed so badly! We asked everyone in our group and everyone’s shower squealed!! Both of our rooms had smoke detectors with wires hanging out of them. No idea if they worked! I am guessing they were the old ones since there were other red ones on the wall . But they had wires hanging out of them!!! The hotel had signs that it’s smoke free, however the entire third floor smelled like weed! The front desk staff were dressed in street clothes. Nothing professional. If they weren’t behind the desk, I would of thought they were guests.

0 stars if I could. I stay at hotels frequently. This has got to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced with any hotel. I really see why it has terrible reviews. They just take your money & give terrible service.

For $209 for a Saturday night, this hotel was gross. We were greeted by no one at the front desk because 1 person was the greeter, maintenance, housekeeper and pool person. In the very small lobby there was a large TV playing loudly a very harsh adult movie where people were fighting...wonderful welcome! Blood on the bedroom curtain. Shower in many rooms made a very loud whistling noise that woke everyone up and down the hall. Dirty wash clothes left as a fresh one. But mostly.... the smells. Smells upon smells upon smells. The lobby was covered in the worst air freshener which was there to cover the horrible smell. The elevator smelled like who knows what. The hallways smelled like old smoke covered by terrible plug-ins. The rooms were old, rundown, dank and depressing. When I asked the next morning for money back it a discount, they told me no. I should have told them my issues as soon as I got in the room. So... I'll let you all know instead. Do not stay here. It's just gross for that amount of money in Nowhere Land, PA.PS. Too bad they don't allow postings of videos or pictures because I have the shower noise and blood pictures.

The room needed vacuumed, the sofa looked pretty gross, and the bed cover was covered in someone's hair. The pool is small, very dark and murky water. The jacuzzi was not open. The breakfast offered was good. The location is unbeatable. The staff were helpful and very kind.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed had super soft sheets and pillows which I really liked. There was some small pieces of trash on the floor like candy wrappers and other small debris housekeeping didn't get. Other than that, parking was plentiful, tub/shower was spotless, TV worked fine, AC/heat was good, and hotel staff were friendly. Indoor pool was closed upon arrival but they reopened it a couple of days later. 2nd floor vending machine was out of service the whole week I was there though. For less than $80/night this place will be hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again. It was very peaceful and quiet and the bed definitely earned them an extra star.Food & drinks: Dunkin Donuts is close by.
