“There are a lot of negative reviews on here from several years back. But I must say that since I've been utilizing this branch for the past year (2023-2024), the staff and service are excellent! They are understaffed at times, but the tellers (who often work both the line and the drive thru simultaneously) are stellar. Yes, "stellar tellers." Our organization has found the entire staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs.”

“Great people, but their online banking service isn’t the best. It seems like its constantly down for updates and the content on the app doesn’t always refresh in a timely manner. I wish the online banking was more reliable, and I wish that the ATM were updated to deposit checks like some of the other local FCU’s (without use of envelopes). Like I said overall, good people but their online serves aren’t the best.”
