“I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the pharmacists at this facility. I recently switched from CVS, and initially, I had doubts, but I have experienced outstanding service since then. Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family. “I really like Weis’ floral department. Their flowers are always so fresh. Believe it or not, these flowers are 3 weeks old! I bought them before Easter (3/21) and today on 4/12 they are still looking beautiful. They were also only $12.99. I always tell everyone if they need floral arrangements to go here. They also have good prices on their hot food items, which I usually pick up for an easy dinner.”

“I hate to leave negative reviews, so I won't as this situation actually turned positive anyway.It may seem trivial, but I quite often buy a bottle of wine at this store, and perhaps a couple (perhaps 6) general merchandise items.Today however, the clerk working in the beverage area (where you MUST) check out informed me that as per her direct supervisor that 6 items is too much. Considering that there were no other customers in the area I was a little disappointed. After some inquiry on my part with regards to the "policy" I concluded I would get nowhere so I resigned to the fact that I would not have to go to another set of registers, wait in line at the Single full service register and go thru the check out process.Maybe it's trivial, but I might consider just waiting in line at the state store next time (if I can't have the convenience of ease of checking out, what's the point). Might as well just order the merchandise on Amazon.Well, it was all corrected when I checked at the service desk and asked for the manager. He was not available so a woman there suggested she would inform him of this, and assured me that 5, 6 or 7 items really should not have been a problem.So, I'm happy with the results, and happy that several items (non-alcoholic in nature) can INDEED be processed at the a alcohol register.I will continue to use this convenience.”
“This is your quintessential down-home pharmacy. They have a wonderful down to earth staff who genuinely want to help you in any way they can. They are on top of my medications all the time. They also sell durable medical equipment that you don't find in every pharmacy, and they have a nice selection of gifts and cards if you need something unique. Harris delivers to her retirement community, which is also a blessing as she doesnt drive anymore. I just wish that Harris was a little closer to my home— i would switch from the big box pharmacy immediately!”

My insurance plan doesn't cover CVS pharmacy services, and I found Advocate on the BCBS portal. I've had a handful of prescriptions filled there now, and they are very fast, efficient, and friendly.”
“I drive 22 miles round-trip to the CVS in Franconia because the Ladies there are always so kind and helpful.There is one less than 2 miles from me in Pennsburg, PA but that one is full of rude people who act as if you are imposing on their time. I refuse to go to that one anymore”
