Wow! Talk about an amazing experience. This is my first time renting out a storage unit. Alfonzo made it extremely easy to understand the process and he made sure I was comfortable with the unit I applied for. North Penn Self Storage is extremely clean and organized. It is easy to access via the elevators to the floor your unit is located on. Not to mention you are able to pull your vehicle up to the loading area for a quicker trip. I am so happy to have found a great place to hold my items. Alfonzo made the experience 100 times better. I would recommend this Storage facility to everyone! Don’t hesitate to apply!

Not only do they have great prices and a great location, the customer service is fantastic. Alfonso and Travis made everything easy, even when I changed mind about the size of the unit I wanted. I have rented storage units before on both sides of the country and North Penn Self Storage is hands down the best.

I WOULD RECOMMEND NORTH PENN STORAGE FOR ANYONE THAT NEEDS SOME PLACE TO STORE ,WHETHER IT IS SHORT TERM OR LONG. STORAGE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN. THE GUYS WORKING THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
