We had a scheduled appointment to look at a used car, we live an hour away from north Penn Mazda so before leaving i called to make sure the car was still available and the salesman chris told us that the car was there and he would have it ready for when we would be arriving. When we were almost at the dealer about 10 minutes away we got a phone call that the car has been sold.

My experience at North Penn Mazda was a wonderful leasing experience. "Cee" Keo had exceptional communication skills. He answered all of my questions in person and through text messaging in an efficient and timely manner. He was extremely pleasant and I did not feel any pressure to make a decision. The finance manager, John was well prepared and made the financial process fast and easy. Mazda's are great cars and North Penn Mazda has earned my loyalty.

I've been taking my cars to North Penn service for 12 years and they are always great! I always take my car in and never have any issues or problems. I feel that they are honest and trust worthy. I was always lead to believe that dealers were not trust worthy, but North Penn service has always been to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service.

Excellent Service, I've been buying Cars1994. Never had a problem with them. Only thing I have to say is make sure you get the extended warranty for a 100000.00 miles . Extend warranty on your tires an electric system. Is well worth the money.

Everything!!!!! The best customer service I have ever had. From service, body shop and sales everyone was absolutely professional, accomodating, friendly and so easy to work with. I needed to have contact with all 3 departments on my last visit. They all went out of their way to make sure the visit was perfect. I highly recommend North Penn Mazda wholehardily. My salesman was Vinny. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I felt important here. The dealership is very clean.

This regards service. Sales and service personnel were always very friendly and helpful. However, recently required replacement of a small exterior part. Dealer quoted $225 for the part and more than $200 for installation. took car to a top notch independent garage. Paid $95 for the part and $16 for installation. I classify this as abusive pricing. It seems to say we have no regard for fairness and believe our customers are too gullible to know better. Wont be returning there for service.

Just had a horrible experience. Found a car online that I was interested in. Contacted the manager and requested Tony to put a hold on the car gave him my name and told him we were on the way. He said he would hold the car. Well I got to the dealership someone else was looking at the car?? Why would they allow someone else to see the car when they were supposed to be holding it for me. As it turns out we waited and waited only to find out that they sold the car that they guaranteed me that they would hold. A bunch of liars. Maybe that's why used car salesman have a bad reputation. Hopefully the next dealership will be reputable. There was a time when you could trust in someone's word. I would suggest not trusting this dealership at their word. His final comment to me was he that's the automobile business.What????????????????????

Last time I had the car in for service, I left the lot to find the low tire pressure alert on. Tires were rotated and the alert was not reset. This time, I heard what I thought was an exhaust leak on the way home from the dealer. It turned out that the lid om the air cleaner was left unfastened. These small mistakes don't give me confidence to use your service department for anything major.

The customer service from the service department was horrendous. The blonde woman, I think her name is Amanda, is very rude and was initially complaining about her job when I dropped off my vehicle on Friday night. Her and Wil were rude to me when I told them I was not able to drop off the loaner car immediately as I had run out of town. I did not take the loaner car out of town, and didn't inform them that the car had gone out of town, but when Wil gave me a call back he started the conversation with, "I heard you took my loaner car out of town." I felt that it was unprofessional for them to talk to their customer in that manner and I gave them attitude in return. I never plan on returning to this dealership for even a bolt that my car may need. I wouldn't spend another penny here. As for the loaner car, everyone I told about this $150 fee if the car was not returned in perfect condition as I was informed told me that the fee was ridiculous and extreme. This was my first experience with a loaner car and it was horrible. On top of that, the loaner car was dirty and contained paperwork from other customers. The car was obviously not cleaned and the dealership staff had put other peoples information in danger by not cleaning the car out. On top of all of this, I received a phone call today asking me AGAIN to schedule my oil change that is not due yet. I declined to book this appointment when I picked up my car because I do not plan on coming back. I have never received a phone call regarding recommendations after I had already picked up my car and felt that I was called just because the dealership knows they gave me a complete b******* experience.
