Be careful buying Natuzzi leather sofas from Leather Expressions, and DO NOT buy an extended warranty. The leather on our sofa started cracking after just a few years. The warranty company decided this was normal wear and tear (it isn't - we have two other natuzzi products and neither had a similar problem) and denied our claim. Leather Expressions didn't care and did nothing to support us. Buyer beware.

Steve and Naz offer great service, tons of patience and attention to detail. Delivery and set up were seamless. This is our second Natuzzi purchase and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend!

We bought a total of 3 pieces of leather furniture from here. Initially the service was great, no complaints but then we had a problem with the sofa. The cushioning on the bottom (seat) started to break down. We had purchased the extended warranty so we thought no problem. The repair guy was sent out to see if it met their criteria for warranty, which it did. So he ordered the foam. Company sent wrong piece so try again. By this time 6 months had passed. Second one fits but now the back of the same seat is failing. Repair guy said he would order a new back foam. Ok.Months go by with no contact so I emailed him. No response. Month later I try again. Still no response. That was September. Still nothing. Total time now spent is about 2 years. Store is aware and I have only received one email from them through this whole ordeal. Think twice before buying from them!!!

So far so good. Walked in today to purchase a leather sofa and got a floor model Natuzzi loveseat and sofa less than most quality leather sofas are priced in chain stores, that is if you can find quality leather. While it required a bit of compromise on my part for seat depth and arm style to get the price, I will have it in a week, no waiting months for something to sit on. Naz is willing to work with customers to make them happy. Waiting on delivery and hoping it will be streamlined...and I will love it in my home.

I have bought Natuzzi leather sofa 2 years ago, which had the great quality with the reasonable price. Since then, I regularily stopped by the store for window shopping, and bought the beautiful coffee table today.The service is so great and the product is high quality, and Naz is so friendly who remembers me whenever I stop by.Strongly recommend to go there to see variety of collections.

We bought a sectional sofa during the pandemic. We downsized and thought our favorite sectional wouldn’t work in our new home? Naz went out of his way, came to our new house measured and assured us the sectional would work! We were so over the moon happy that he figured a way to have the sectional work in our new home, that we proceeded to buy another set for our den. Naz was phenomenal to work with, very personal, low pressure and accommodating. I would highly recommend going to Leather Expressions for great quality furniture and amazing customer service.

If you can describe what you want Leather Expressions can have it made! High quality workmanship can be seen on the floor. Naz welcomes every person who walks through the door. He genuinely enjoys helping customers by patiently answers questions, offering his expert opinion, and remembering your name if you return for a second visit. I am looking forward to my delivery, which is months away, and will update this review!

I am the type pf person who asks a million questions and not only did Naz and Steve know the answers but they are the most patient salespeople/owners ever. They are super knowledgeable about all the products they carry, and spent so much time helping me. The selection is beyond what I was able to find anywhere else. Just ordered and I know I will love my new sofa!

This place has the real thing! Steve was so great! He guided us through all of our interests in Stressless furniture. Now we are comfortably lounging on our new sofa and recliner! Can't wait to get a desk chair and some dining room chairs! Highly recommended.

we perched leather couch and protection plan for 5 years ,and before 5 years done my couch recliner stop working and leather wrapped off some part , we file compline , nothing get back then we went to store they said it's insurance company they can not do anything for us, so poor costumer service , i would say don't go there never ,

We are buying our second Natuzzi sofa from Leather Expressions after having a great experience a few years ago when we bought our first one.The salespeople are easy to work with and are helpful when deciding between available options. The store has an amazing selection so you can really determine what works best for you.Our first sofa still looks brand new and we have 3 labs that hop on whenever they like.We can't wait until we receive our new sofa and we'll definitely go back to Leather Expressions when we need more seating!

I walked into SO MANY furniture stores during my search and could not find anything better than what Leather Expressions offers in their store. Truly the finest leather furniture at fair prices. You really get what you pay for and you won’t be disappointed here.The staff are very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Delivery was right on time, easy and professional.
