I've been going there for 3 and 1/2 years I've always been treated well when they closed their location in New Britain I went to the main shop excellent choice

Our pup went for his first grooming session. Our clinician went over and above any groomer we have ever been to see (previous dogs). She not only contacted us the day before, but also orchestrated every aspect of his care so that he would be comfortable. He looks fantastic too!!!
