Would have given zero stars if I could. We had their cabinets installed by our builder. Lovely finishes. But, admittedly out of warranty our one cabinet came unglued. I reached out to see f it could be repaired and received a vague, canned reply about supply chain and sales. I just wanted advice as to whether it was a repairable problem. When replied saying I felt my email wasn’t fully read, I was clearly accused of being rude. So now I’m truly salty about this experience and advise anyone to look elsewhere for their cabinetry since Century customer service falls short.

I love my new kitchen! Tricia Statuti went above and beyond to help bring my dream kitchen come to life! We gutted our kitchen, moved walls and she assured us that everything would fall in place. Her warm personality and experience helped ease our concerns. Thank you so much Tricia and we appreciate all your help with our kitchen renovation!

Welcoming but not helpful if you do.not have an appointment or come from a different Century Cabinet store. It appeared they were.commission noticed and not for those who had no commission connection to them.Nice showroom

Had kitchen redone with Century Cabinets. Their customer service stinks.At completion of job requested Touch-up kit. Besides taking 4 weeks to receive and then only sent half a broken touch up stick and 1/4 of a filled paint container. Think twice

Horrible. We were in the store for 15 minutes and were ignored (Saleswoman was in her office, on the cumputer). She said the sales person was busy. Then another customer came in and was taken ahead of us. We left message, they never call us back. Will not be going back.
