“Again, the NorthPenn family proves they care for long term customer relationships, not a "quick sale." Incredible service by truly honest - to be trusted in all areas - employees. Again, this time with an urgent matter, which they had diagnosed, but missed an expensive [part], and had quoted me accordingly, [and] even though that part was roughly $700 more, NorthPenn VW HONORED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE (and gave me a great Tiguan rental) No, I do not ever question their rates/cost, and pay what they ask; however, again,they are truly interested in long-term relationships, not just a "quick sale"”
