I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dorman in Pennsylvania, and I must say, the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and an eagerness to assist me. What impressed me the most was the absolute lack of wait time; I was immediately attended to, which is a rarity in today’s fast-paced world.
The staff at Dorman truly exemplified teamwork and dedication. Every employee I encountered was not only willing to help but also did so with a genuine smile. It was clear that they were committed to providing an outstanding customer experience, and their positive attitudes created a welcoming atmosphere.
A special mention goes to the manager, who went above and beyond. Not only did they ensure I was comfortable by providing me with a black chair to sit in, but they also treated me with impeccable respect throughout my visit. This small gesture made a big difference and showcased their attention to customer needs.

“I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.

You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands.
