The customer service I experienced from Ambler was top notch from my first appointment. I had quite a few questions and had to make some changes along the way. My concerns were always met with kindness and understanding. We couldn’t be happier with the fireplace they put in. We use it all the time.

I love my fireplace from Ambler! The girls in the office were so kind and although there was a wait, they were able to accommodate my schedule. Make sure you call ahead of the winter season to get in a good spot. The technician did a fantastic job servicing my fireplace. 10/10 recommend.

We purchases a Harman pellet stove about 6 yrs ago from Ambler Fireplace in Willow Grove, PA. 10 days ago we had some weird readings on the home screen so I emailed Ambler that day. No response for 2 days! I then called and was instructed to call another Ambler store. I did and they told me “they do not service stoves in the winter as they’re too busy with installs”! They promised to call me back!?This was after I had my stove completely serviced by them in July of this year. I called again and no return call. Anyone can sell anything once but how you treat customers and what you do after the sale, always creates good business, of which Ambler Fireplace, has yet to earn and learn.Purchase if your looking for a stove, don’t if you plan on keeping it.

Thought the Heat & Glo unit would deliver more heat. However, it does a great job in my great room without a secondary heat source on.Their staff are professional and courteous.When Fred arrived for my annual cleaning and tuneup, he put on a mask, removed his shoes, and covered the area in front of the fireplace. Before he left my house, he cleaned up.
