While we initially called to confirm a 3p arrival to the showroom for the following day and then were locked out of entry due to the sales staff having an emergency, and a 50 min roundtrip yielded no progress in our ongoing search for a full-service fireplace team, the rest of our experience with Ambler fireplace was good. Fred and Chris were both very friendly and put us at ease, while Tom and Tom provided us with all the answers we needed to be confident in our use of the newest and greatest heat source for our family room. Everyone was patient and there was a product that met every desire and need. We are happy to have had this done so quickly and in time for the impending winter season.

Our fireplace looks beautiful.
They measured precisely and is a perfect fit; it feels like our this fireplace was always here. Tom and team were very polite and friendly.
Kyle installed it and was so precise with his installation. We highly recommend Ambler Fireplace any Patio to anyone upgrading or installing a fireplace.
