Pay your employees more because they clearly don't care about providing good service.
If you can't redeem rewards at self check out, maybe have the self check out say that.
Maybe if an order has to be suspended and retrieved with a cashier, teach the cashier how to do that.
Maybe don't have customers wait in line twice and have the manager just come to self check out to clear the error and not actually help the customer.
Horrible service!?

I come here daily to kick off my dead before heading to work. The recent change of having to purchase a cold cup before filling it is frustrating. It’s a mixed bag if a cashier will just hand you a cup or not. Wanting customers to wait in a long line during morning rush to get a cup and then come back around when you have anything else you need is unreasonable. Sure, you could get all your stuff first, but that’s different from every other Wawa location. I’m disappointed in the service at this location - it was spectacular for so long.

I love that this location on McDade Blvd hires employees with special needs & not complaining that they have a job. However, it shouldn't be at the expense of customers. Both my sandwiches were not what I asked for. No spices on hoagie & cheesesteak looked sickly, with more onions than meat. It wasn't crowded, but, had 4 employees behind deli, complaining & not attentive to what I asked for. Train better, please?!

Heavy-set girl working the food-making area was going on and on and on about walking out and not putting up with customers and uttering obscenities and complaining about how hard she works. ?Edit: I ordered 2 of the same breakfast burrito and got 2 different items.

Literally, there was no Buffalo bites or any pretzels out. Which I was okay with not purchasing , and was told by the manger to wait right here because it would be right out. Nothing came out after waiting 20min. Requested refund twice and finally received it. Over a $3.19 purchase. Literally stood there waiting after already stating I was on a short time limit

Listen the MANAGER in training JOHN they better take off that training badge … he was AMAZING putting my order together for a treat I wanted to give my baby’s daycare care giver, he was helpful the store was busy, HELLO she brought the order to my car, I was not exactly sure what I wanted but he listen he seamlessly help me, he did it with GRACE, he smiled along the way, BIG UP THE team, one guy says the order counter is empty what I can do to help out he begin wrapping my sandwiches while John made other items in order. 10 star big up! John you are a GREAT Manager. Wawa is lucky to have you! !!!

The brunette ( didn’t catch her name) neglected to follow the written directions on my order and tried to make an excuse for not following written directions. As an employee you don’t have the privilege or right to change a customers order. Completely inappropriate and noncompliant behavior towards customers custom order! What’s the point in specifying what you want??
