Broke the legs off our dresser in late March and told me they would cover the cost of the repair. Had the dresser repaired for $150 which they said they'd reimburse once their insurance claim went through and told me they'd have the money by May 22nd. Have gone silent ever since then and won't return text messages or paypal request for the $150.

Great job!!!! On time, quick and safe move of my 4 bedroom home things! Very polite and great customer service. Would recommend and book in the future!

Not a good experience. I reserved online through U-haul as I have in the past. Was not informed until 8pm the night of the move that they were on the way but would be another 2hrs! That was too late as I live in an apartment building. Showed up the next morning loaded my truck and then said they had to leave to do another job but would be back! I offered to pay for another hour which I have done in the past but they still left. They never came back although I waited all day. Marcus stayed in touch and apologized but my things where still in the truck. 2nd day of of truck rental fees! Came the 3rd day late in the afternoon and the helper got sick and never got out of his car to help. I have 1 man trying to move my things. My husband and I got shopping carts and dollies and pretty much moved our own things. Had to pay for the moving truck for a 3rd day! The move was finally finished at about 11pm Monday night from Saturday morning! I had previously tried to process my payment online which I shouldn't have done because the system gave me an error message but took my payment 3x's!!! Marcus apologized for everything and said he couldn't take our money considering all that had transpired and that I should call my bank to have the charges reversed.they got paid the initial fee, I had to pay for moving truck for 3 days and was charged 3xs for the online glitch which they told my bank was in fact a correct charge and they do not owe me a refund!! NOT HAPPY With "QUALITY" movers! Response...Mr. Marcus your response proves my point. It does not matter whether I post on u-haul or here it was not u-haul it was you sir. I absolutely did not get ANYTHING for free. I had to post payment to reserve you, I got charged 3 more times thanks to your site giving me an error message but taking money each time, and I had to pay u-haul for 3 days to move to the next building!! That is not my bank's fault. We spoke after the reservation was made and I clearly asked if you would be able to do the job at which time you assured me that you could and would. I reached out to you in private before this post and you chose not to respond sir. So here we are. I would not bash a young man trying to make his way for no reason. In fact I mentioned how you apologized and tried. I am clearly stating facts and my experience to make others aware. Just do better moving forward.

Quality movers did a great job packing my truck.I am very pleased with my move I highly recommend them !!!
