Danielle was very nice and so helpful I actually went back twice. She helped me and my mother a great deal in a bad situation. I give her a 5 out of 5 at Darby and Sharon Hill locations. Metro really stepped their game up, I will definitely be back to open my own line when my contract ends.

OK SO... IS IT JUST ME OR DO THESE METRO PCS PEOPLE BE LAZY AFI WENT TO THIS LOCATION TO.LOWER MY BILL AND THE DUDE THERE GAVE ME SO MUCH ATTITUDE AND WAS MAD BECAUSE OF WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO WITH MY MONEY. AND THIS WOULD BE THE 4TH LOCATION I HAVE VISITED AND THEY ALL LAZY AND HAVE ATTITUDES DO BETTER WITH YA HIRING METRO PCS REAL RAP

They never answer the phone, my husband had to walk over there because our car is in the shop, he tried calling first to be sure we had enough to pay the phone bill because times are really hard so we have to watch our pennies. Anyway we called no one answered the phone so he walked over there to pay the bill to find out he was short and couldn't pay it. All they had to do was answer the phone to avoid the walk but apparently they were busy doing nothing.This is why I don't have MetroPcs phone cause their customer service sucks!!! Metro P.O.S.

This was the store I came to 18 months ago to switch from Sprint. Great service. I came back to do upgrades on Thursday 8/8. Top notch service. Angela walked us through everything and I have an awesome phone, good plan and discounts as a veteran. I recommend this location.

The employees are pretty stupid about their own product, I knew more about my phone I was buying through info on Google than the employee knew.
