“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars.PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”

“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! You'll get your car back quickly, work done right, and they will take great care of you. Thanks so much, Steve!”

“I looked all over the DMV for a company that routinely installed alarms on sprinter vans. Could not find anyone there, look further out and found Pat. Well worth the drive. Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”
“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

“My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “I've been using Jim’s Detailing for years for my window tinting needs, and Gabe always delivers excellent results at a fair price and in a timely manner. Over the years, Jim’s Detailing has worked on various cars for me, including a Ford F150, two Teslas, several Mercedes Benz vehicles, and more. Regardless of the vehicle, the tinting is always perfect. Additionally, they applied PPF to my Tesla, which has done a fantastic job protecting the front of the car and has held up well for the year and a half it's been on.
I recently had another car done, and as always, the service and quality were outstanding. For those considering window tint percentages, I recommend 15% for excellent privacy that isn’t too dark to see through at night. I’ve tried 20% before and found it too light, especially with a light-colored interior. Jim’s Detailing remains my go-to for window tinting and PPF needs and I highly recommend tk friends, family and colleagues alike. Thanks Jim’s Detailing and Gabe!”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

My hood popped up on me and shattered my window this time. Not only did he fix the window he attempted to even look for a new hood for me. You really can't beat the prices either. Definitely the cheapest around plus if you're in the area it's a local business. I much rather help out a local rather then a bug chain.
