Ava Motors really safe me and my family. After losing my car I was desperate to get another one. With a newborn and all it’s hard getting around. I reached out and was put in touch with Keith. When I tell you god sends his angels in any form, I really mean it. Keith is literally a life saver. Not only did he go above and beyond for us, he was there every step of the way. I have had my share of funky car dealers, but the guys at Ava motors are genuine and the best. I love my car and will be working with them again in the future.

Mohammed and the all the mechanics at Ava are extremely professional, prompt with responding and do amazing work! Mohammed would even send me text updates. Best service I received outside of a dealership for a very long time. Please go have for your maintenance and major repairs, you won’t be disappointed.

These guys do not play games! They got my roadside request, immediately called me to confirm, gave me a ETA less than 30mins and arrived on time. The driver knew exactly what he was doing while loading my car. I was very grateful. They are fast and efficient. I’d give 10 stars if I could and I definitely recommend this company to everyone! Thank you so much Ava motors! (The company I called before them had me waiting for 4 hours)

My suv hit a deer.I was so upset getting out an seeing the damage to my 2019 kia sportage it was smoking almost on fire..front end pushed to the engine couldnt distinguish what kind of car it was anymoreAva motors came an picked it up I waited for the news that it will be a loss..But NO ava motors called me an assured me they got my back an my cars besy interest..it was more like a bunch of friends working to get you taken care of i then being treated like a business number.the trust an understanding of what your going through with ava was just so amazing I had to write about my experience with them.they saved my Kia an brought her back to life..even after my Kia was done they towed her to my front door in my amaze ment detailed my Kia to the max not one spot of grass dirt just glimmering like a diamond.she looked right off the showroom floor ..I'm telling you if you want amazing service an respect an understanding this is the place to trust an go to..I never was treated so well by a body shop..thanku to all the employees at Ava motors..Amazing service an experience sincerely Kelly from Pottstown

My BMW M4 was involved in an accident and was I devastated when I saw the extent of the damage. I take a lot of pride in keeping my vehicles pristine and I did not want just any shop to work on my car. Luckily, I found this auto body shop and they were able to fix my car perfectly! Mohamed and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled at what they do. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and completed the repairs in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, it looked and drove like it was brand new. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work that this auto body shop provides and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. The owner of AVA Motors lacks accountability, communication, integrity, conflict resolution & vendor management. I was reasonable and patient and even tried to resolve our issues offline to no avail.February 20, 2023, ~0500 AM, my car was broken into with minor collision damage. I had my right passenger and rear quarter vent windows broken, along with some rim/tire/right fender collision damage. My vehicle is towed to AVA Motors, and I forwarded a copy of the estimate to the owner approximately four days later.I'm told the car would be repaired in 2-3 weeks or sooner.Fast-forward to April 3, 2023 and the autobody shop still has my automobile. AVA Motors ordered the wrong window four times in a row, sold me a story, and blamed the manufacturer. The owner gaslighted the situation as if he was doing me a favor. If it isn't your fault, how is it mines? The owner failed to properly source a rear vent window for a relatively new car since March 10th. I found the window online in 3 minutes and found two auto glass shops who informed me they could order the window and have it repaired in <24 hrs. I asked the owner to return my car and remove the vent window charges, and he refused. Eventually, he took the vehicle to the auto glass shop I found because they called me the next day saying that someone else called asking for the exact window for the same model and make of car.To add insult to injury, my car is parked outside a random detail shop over the weekend in a shady location in West Philadelphia with a missing window. The owner does not respond to calls, texts, emails, or DMs. You literally must beg and spam him to update you on your car status. He will, however, ask if you have the payment ready and keep reminding you of your balance. He even told me that I should have had insurance issue him payments directly as it would have been faster. Charged a 4% surcharge to use Visa debit on a $4800.00 dollar transaction, which is illegal in PA.Furthermore, he charged my insurance for a rim and used my spare in the trunk. When I asked where my spare rim was, he lied and said it was at his shop. When I confronted him the next day, he told me he had to order it. He assumed I'd forget and tried to pocket the difference. Shady and money hungry for sure. Even charged for Good Year tires and installed cheaper off brand.I did not want to write this review, but I think it is necessary given the circumstances. I pick up my car, pull the handle, and it falls off. Had my car so long that I had to purchase a new battery and new inspection stickers. I'm also seeing random alerts pop up in my history.My insurance told me AVA Motors wasn’t “in-network,” and any disputes or issues would be out of their control. Their recommended shop had a much quicker turnaround (5-10 days), but I chose to support a black-owned business, and the car still was not done, costing me extra time and resources. Added a star for his colleague, who was remorseful, apologized and even didn't want me to take my car unrepaired as it would be a bad business look. All while the owner stood there asking me to send him a payment via Apple Pay.I could keep going, but I've run out of character space! I've heard of similar experiences from others but assumed it was exaggerated or misunderstandings. I’ll chalk this up as a learning experience and will continue to pray for you, brother.
