I was turned away from Zoya Baibara a teller at this location for no exact reason seamed like discrimination. She shook her head no and told me she couldn't cash my check. I then spoke with the manager at this branch and he told her she could cash the check I had. She needs to work on her customer service because she gave me a bad experience at this location and made me feel embarrassed in-front of other customers for no apparent reason.

Branch Mgr Mike Zollers, Chris Neal and "the other Mike" have been amazing in dealing with my parents, and then my Dad's finances after Mom's passing. They are very good at maneuvering through the ins and out of eldercare finances. Their patience has been unmatched. Kudos.

Bank officer, Chris, has been very helpful in person but impossible to reach by phone. There is no option to leave voice mail for a return call. I need assistance with an international banking matter but all I get are 10 minutes of repeated recordings to open an account or report a lost card. Frustrating and customer unfriendly, for sure.

Wells Fargo - here they go again. Changing accounts without customer consent to fee based checking requiring a balance of $20,000 OR they charge you $25 per month, $300 per year. This behavior formerly resulted in the dismissal of two CEOs and fines. The ‘notification’ was their typical lawyer letter buried in account notification. In the smallest unreadable font. Assume if you have less than the fee amount in your account you are charged a $45 overdraft fee. Hoping to hear from WF management ??????

I called the phone number for my local branch. Phone tree a total quagmire. After 7 minutes on hold I am connected to a call center on Timbuktu. And female could not answer my question and put me on hold. I live in a small town and can call my TD branch directly. Unfortunately they could not provide the service I required.

Saturday 5/7 had a very positive experience. The branch manager went out if his way to assist, even though it was a transaction no longer handled by the bank. A+ customer service. Thank you

Can never find a parking space anywhere near the bank—everything is full, yet no customers in the bank or other businesses. Cannot access Philly Soft Pretzel for the same reason. Who do all these cars belong to?

After waiting 15 minutes, they inform me it will be $7.50 for them to cash my check. That is absolutely rediculous that you would need to pay for money that is yours. They should be ashamed.

This Wells Fargo Bank is located in the Collegeville Shopping Center in Collegeville Pa. It is a smaller Wells Fargo from what I observe, and I mainly use it for the ATM which is one of the ones you need to park and get out of the car to go and use, which could be a pain in crappy weather. Still, it is in a very convenient location and it is a few minutes from my school at Ursinus so this will be my main Wells Fargo Bank for my duration there.
