I purchased a new IPhone15 at the KOP location and was unable to use my new upgrade for almost a month after purchase. I went to the Collegeville location to upgrade my son’s phone and remedy the issues with my new phone. I was helped by Joey Z. He provided excellent customer service. Joey was able to upgrade and activate my son’s phone and resolve the issues with my new phone in half the time spent at the other location. I highly recommend all Verizon customers to see Joey Z. at the Collegeville location for all Verizon wireless needs.

Came to this store because my phone wouldnt make calls, joey was able to figure out my phone was used for fraudulent purchases from a store in maryland. He was able to get this matter sloved right away and get it taken care of me. Highly recommend him at this store

The staff at this location are professional and knowledgeable. Neel was extremely helpful in setting up our new phones and took his time providing great customer service. Both Neel and Joey are excellent at their jobs. Our Verizon experience could not have gone smoother.
