Waited in line over 30 mins because the lazy dude in the office to the right refused to help the one single lady who was new at the counter. He even waddled out of the office for a second and saw the 6 people in line with all sorts of weird requests and waddled back into his office. I believe this dude is the postmaster. What a disgrace!

I went in to send my passport and the southern Asian American working there was absolutely amazing. I generally despise the post office, but she made it an enjoyable experience. I felt confident that my passport would come back on time.

This place is the BEST of the WORST. Letters or packages are almost never placed in my box in the morning, or they are placed in the wrong box and it has happened to me on several occasions.I can see in the tracking number that the package has arrived at that location and they put it in my box on the day they want and not according to the delivery day, which was what I paid out of my pocket.When you get a Po Box it is to have the advantage that your important letters and packages are in your box on time on the stipulated day, no later than 10:30 am or 11:00 am, this rule is completely ignored here It's when they feel like it.Frankly, Amazon should be the one to take possession of these locations so that this abuse of excessive prices and poor performance of the mail in general ends.

It's really a sad state of affairs when a post office tells you to contact a seller for loss of a package when it's their job to make sure your items are delivered safely and to the right spot. I basically got blown off and my request closed because their computer told them they did the right thing so it's not their fault I spent money on something that I didn't get even though they consistently put my mail in the wrong spot.I don't know what happened but the person who delivered my mail before NEVER did this. He always put my packages on my porch, never had to even ask him. Now I have someone who throws my package on the front step of my neighbor to get stolen or blown away and even though I literally labeled my mailbox, they don't put my mail there. It's incredible. But I'm to blame? That's really nice. Thank you for your 'service'.

I've been using this post office for years, no issues. Lines can be long sometimes, but I'm sure they're understaffed just like all of the other post offices.

The absolute worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The cashier at the front is the ONLY saving grace. She is very kind and helpful. Everyone else there is either rude or has no idea what they are doing. The stress this place has caused me just trying to get my mail is horrific. Been battling with the them for MONTHS and they'll just return to sender things WITHOUT even notifying me that it has arrived or you know, just dropping it off at my house line they are supposed to!!!

My package has been saying acceptance pending at this location for 4 days. I live in the next town over so it shouldn’t even be at this post office but every time my package somehow gets sent here, it always. gets. lost.

It's a relatively small neighborhood US Postal Service Office. There usually is only one person working at the counter whenever I come here. I normally go here earlier in the morning during work week to avoid crowds.I'm sort of bothered by some reviewer comments that are very critical of workers here (with one star rating), especially against an Asian female worker. Yes, she might appear very impatient, but I believe it's mainly due to her command of language. If I have to point out any shortcomings about her ways, she speaks too fast with an intonation I'm not used to hearing to the point I sometimes miss what she says (even with my hearing aids) Other than that, I find her very efficient with no nonsense attitude. I got my package mailed out in no time, and I was out of there in less than five minutes during my last visit. Thank you for your service.

They called looking for me. I called back 7 times. They just hang up. Lucky just hangs up on you. From the looks of the reviews it seems like this place is awful at best.
