This is the worst store. They seem to make up their own rules. I don’t know if it is because of the different Amazon packaging requirements. One time I was in there and I had a package that said box and label needed. I brought it in an opened Amazon box and they refused to put on a 1 foot piece of tape on box to close. They wanted me to buy a whole roll. I had to go all the way back home. I was then in there another time and they were waiting on someone else and must’ve used a half a roll of tape on their package. My husband was in there today with several returns (no box/label) requirement. They gave him a rough time again saying that they couldn’t tell which barcode corresponded to which item. He called me and I offered to bring the descriptions but in the end they said it was too late since they already scanned it. I understand they need to educate but they should be more considerate.

The employee was a young man who goes to college in Florida. When I was there I was organizing my packages and he spent a half hour trying to help older woman find a return label on her phone. They never did find it, but seeing how kind he was and never got angry or mad was amazing to me. He is the sweetest guy and I love seeing him when I go into this location

I was just there at the Trappe location and the woman(not sure her name) has always been so helpful and friendly!!!! She is awesome! I hope she gets a raise

Went in for notary signatures on 11/29 around 5pm and the lady working there told me word for word"Im not doing that" and refused to help.Edit: I do not care about her discretion. Thats not how you provide good customer service.You are running a clown show over there if you condone that attitude.Horrible

Do not go here if you need notary service! Very difficult to work with! Not able to notarize simple affidavit. Did not even read the doc before saying no and couldn’t even explain why she couldn’t do it. Have experienced this multiple times. Looks like they are not interested in providing this service!

Collegevile store... They don't accept Amazon returns without shipping label. Never had this issue with any other UPS store. Not service oriented.

I arrived when the store opened and 2 customers were already present, one waiting for a notary service. The sales women was obviously inexperienced and flustered, and struggled over 45 minutes completing the one notary service. At least 4 other customers, waiting in line left the store due to the delay. I stayed waiting for my turn for one hour to purchase a notary service. I was told by the sales women that I would have to wait until she finished another order. By this time, I was the only customer in store at the time and she would not provide the notary service!! Heads up to management, she suggested the customers go next store to the insurance company and get a notary service! Yes, sending clients away from the business! By 10am, a young man arrived, and without even taking his backpack off, he began to process the three customers in a matter of minutes! He was great!, you might want to rethink the staffing skill mix of your store and make assignments accordingly. Most business try to keep customers, not send them away.

Never going to have an issue unless it involves the lady at the front. Everytime I go in you can expect the slowest transaction or an issue. This time is by far the worst. Not only did the gentleman in front of me walk out because he couldn’t get help “his third time there” but I Go in to return an amazon package in a box…..she informs me it can’t mail like this in a box and I can’t even make this up just walks off…….2-3 minutes go by and I leave because she scanned the item and walked off with it so I assumed I was done? Nope Amazon never received that I scanned it, this woman just left so thank you for costing me an amazon return. 100% will not ever do business, nor amazon returns here

I have had horrible experience at this store and I would like to report the woman who works there. She stalks on me. She asked all kind of personal questions whenever i came to the store like "where are you from" (a racist question), do you live around here (personal and a scary question bc I dont know you!), "what other language do you speak?" (Assuming I speak another language because of my look!). "What do you do?" Last time I came in she said "weren't you here with your mom last time?" (Like what?! Are you keeping track of who I come in with?!) I now have major concern because my address is everywhere on the packages. I tried to avoid her questions but she kept going at it every time i came in. I felt very uncomfortable and was scared at the same time. Will be reporting this to corporate.The other issue is she wanted to charge me for a tiny bit of a tape. I ended up using the receipt from the store with adhesive in the back to tape things up and she got upset bc i didn't end up using the tape. I asked to borrow a pair of scissors and she said "they dont cut well" (what?!). She makes sure to go out of her way to make it hard for you to use their service.They are providing a shipping service and they are incompetent at their job. Awful service and awful people! . Will not be returning ever again!

I normally go to phoenixville ups twice a day for shipments and absolutely love everyone their but today decided to come to the Trappe location and it was terrible, handed her mailing tubes with important things inside and right in front of me throws them into a bin, being a business owner that has to ship items to customers everyday I now have to email the customers and say I’m sending more as their first orders we’re probably damaged

Possibly the most incompetent owner of a ups that I have delt with. He has no desire to help people with their customer concerns. Pushes problems to the side and when dealing with lost packages, claims that they have no such package there but after speaking to another employee they were able to do their due diligence and help find the package. Make the trip to another ups and save yourself some time

This location for amazon returns is horrible. Woman that I believe is one of the owners, never gets returns right. Just returned two blouses, and she combined into one return and not only credited for one return when I had two returns. Stay away from this place, this is not the first time I had an issue with this store.
