Would be at 4 maybe even 5 stars. Here's how it went down. walked in with my two kids to buy my wife some products for her birthday. First negative thing multiple employees talking to each other instead of greeting and asking if I needed help. I ended up interupting a conversation between two employees to ask were a certain product was locate. she seemed freidly at first only to rush over to the display while I tried to hustle along behind trying to keep up. after showing me the location just disappeared. another employee saw me struggling to find the correct shade and was awesome in assisting me. She was awesome. Making my way to the cashier who seemed more interested in finishing applying her lip balm instead of doing her job. at first she seemed annoyed that I was trying to check out at that time but I was like everyone has a bad day maybe this is hers. Instead of her being friendly I decided to give a very friendly hi how are you. However recieved nothing back. Okay thats fine no big deal. But it was after scanning the items she became extremely pushy in retrieving a phone number from my asked several and I mean several times for a number even though I stated multiple times no its okay. She even went to the extent of threatening the items are not returnable if I didn't do so. I honestly was almost speechless at the attitude I was getting from a place I was paying 100 dollars worth of product to. I will never return to this location for anything ever again.

Donna was so helpful in helping me and my friend find a very specific yves saint laurent perfume by just the color of the bottle! She was very kind, personable and definitely put the work in for us. Thank you so much!

Curly Haircut is NOT a real curly cut! They cut my hair wet, spent no more than 15 minutes on it, and the next day I noticed how horribly uneven it is!The worst part was dealing with the rudest checkout staff I've ever encountered. Argued with me for over 5 minutes. I refused to enter a phone number for rewards, and they wouldn't take no for an answer. No, I won't put in my mom's number. No, I don't know anyone else whose number I can put in. Then, they tried to refuse me a coupon. I pointed out that it was valid, and they sighed and said I should have communicated the coupon to my hair stylist. They begrudgingly apply the coupon, and then try to double charge me for my haircut. When I point it out, they roll their eyes and act like I'm the one being unreasonable.I had never been to an Ulta store before, and after this I can say I won't be returning to one, either.

I came in today for a haircut appointment for my bangs. Paulina did a great job! My bangs were blunt when I came in and did not blend in. It only took her a couple minutes and they look beautiful now! Very happy with the cut and the price! I had no idea they offered bang trims, as a lot of other salons do not.

Had to leave because the overwhelming smell of fragrance is so oppressive and not friendly to those of us that are allergic to those chemicals. Not the pleasant shopping experience I hoped for.

I went to Ulta to check out scar concealer. When I walked in, an expert named Kara approached and greeted me. I told her the wrong name of the product I was looking for and she knew what I meant and corrected it. Then she helped me choose the tone I needed. She applied it to the area on my face, and sure enough it was a perfect match. Kara was kind and friendly, and she helped me greatly in this task. I had put off getting the product because I didn't know how to match a shade. I was thankful Kara was there to guide and teach me. What a super employee and asset to Ulta!

Not even angry. Just disappointed. I’m a very frequent customer here at Ulta (teenage girl obv?)and to be real I spend a very good amount when purchasing. However there is always an unappreciated experience when I decide to go and tonight was my last straw. Not only did the employees have the worst attitude you can imagine I also felt so uncomfortable just walking around choosing my products. It gives the sense that since I’m a younger costumer they have a power over me when it comes to just being respectful. Side eyes, unwelcoming comments, bad assumptions even that I was attending to steal even after I was paying (50$+ worth) following the cashier statement “do you want the bag or are you going to hide products in there”. No miss I am not. Please stop rolling your eyes. Please stop whispering to your coworker friends. And please have human decency to respect me in your store. Listen I love Ulta with my whole heart but this is just not it. God Bless.

Very disappointing. Walked in with a small group of friends and IMMEDIATELY judged. The workers followed us around the store and wouldn't leave us alone. They took the products away from us that we were gonna buy and put them behind the counter and wouldn't let us buy them. I felt very uncomfortable while trying to enjoy my shopping experience. I felt like the staff were judging us the whole time while we were trying to shop. Yes I understand that some teens may try to shoplift or steal but you shouldn't just make the assumption that all people are like that. I have been coming to this Ulta location for a few years and have never felt this unwelcome by a group of staff. As you can tell I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience and WILL NOT be coming back. This was my last straw. They even refused to give us a bag because of a suspicion that we would put stolen merchandise in the bag. Very dissatisfied with my shopping experience. I hope you all have a very lovely evening. To the owner: Please teach your staff to be respectful.?
