This was my first time buying higher end beauty products and every employee jumped in at every chance to help me find products that were a good fit for what I was looking for and even saved me some money! I highly recommend this location!

Love this Ulta location. Their cashiers and makeup assistants are wonderful. I must say the Makeup Artist Ashley is amazing. She is not only professional with class she makes you feel like you're at a Chanel makeup Artistry on Rodeo Drive.

Used to be much better. They now keep their restroom locked, and they are frequently out of products. I prefer the Pottstown, KOP and Plymouth Meeting locations!

The absolute worst Ulta experience I've ever had has been at this location. The past two visits, even with a group of associates standing around talking amongst themselves, I had to hunt down and force someone to help me. My most recent visit, I attempted to be color matched for foundation from a specific brand, except I had a Chanel representative forced on me to help. When I told her I wanted to be matched with a specific brand, she just abruptly stopped talking to me and walked away. She could have at least offered to get someone else if she had to sell only her brand. In the end, I received no help which resulted in me walking out of the store. I will travel the extra mile and go to Sephora from now on. Upper management needs to be aware of the lack of service and positive customer experience they're providing and fix it immediately. The store clearly has enough associates on the floor, they seem to just have little desire to work. I'd be embarrassed if I were the store manager.

I literally walked in the store I seen what I want it from the window but soon as I got in there I grabbed it and an elderly lady asked me was I finding everything OK not even looking in my face she was looking at my hand and what I had in it that made me feel some type of way she just wanted to see how many things I had in my hand and make sure I didn’t steal them. She could care less what I was looking for.

I’m actually in shock LOL. I have been a loyal customer to this location since like 2016-17. I’m a diamond rewards member I spend so much money here. Because of the careless rude attitude of the blonde girl with the messy bun(really should’ve gotten a name) that just gave me my pickup order I refuse to come back here. I never have issues anywhere with customer service this one was just literally so bad I had to share. I pick up orders here every month sometimes twice a month and it’s the same process. I do know they prefer me having the barcode available but the last 3 times they did it with just my ID. It was pouring and I had already ruined my self tanner to come in so I asked her when she asked for the barcode if she could just do it with my ID. She immediately gave me so much attitude and was shaking her head that I even asked. I said can you just do it with my ID like they do everytime- the pure look of disgust and annoyance was insane. I’m in customer service too- there was simply no need for the insane disrespect. She throws my bag down and says have a good one- all in the worst tone. It’s such a shame. Rip to my relationship with this Ulta :(

Had a VERY poor customer service experience here today thanks to Cashier, KAYLE. Incredibly rude not only to me, but to the customer before me as well. It’s so sad to see how much this location has changed within the past 5 years of me coming here. I recommend finding an alternative location to shop within, if at all possible. Big disappointment.

Would be at 4 maybe even 5 stars. Here's how it went down. walked in with my two kids to buy my wife some products for her birthday. First negative thing multiple employees talking to each other instead of greeting and asking if I needed help. I ended up interupting a conversation between two employees to ask were a certain product was locate. she seemed freidly at first only to rush over to the display while I tried to hustle along behind trying to keep up. after showing me the location just disappeared. another employee saw me struggling to find the correct shade and was awesome in assisting me. She was awesome. Making my way to the cashier who seemed more interested in finishing applying her lip balm instead of doing her job. at first she seemed annoyed that I was trying to check out at that time but I was like everyone has a bad day maybe this is hers. Instead of her being friendly I decided to give a very friendly hi how are you. However recieved nothing back. Okay thats fine no big deal. But it was after scanning the items she became extremely pushy in retrieving a phone number from my asked several and I mean several times for a number even though I stated multiple times no its okay. She even went to the extent of threatening the items are not returnable if I didn't do so. I honestly was almost speechless at the attitude I was getting from a place I was paying 100 dollars worth of product to. I will never return to this location for anything ever again.
