Go to a different practice entirely.

The level of incompetence on display at this office will blow your mind. "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" perfectly sums up this mess of a place. Just getting a script filled each month is a struggle. I shouldn't have to spend hours and hours attempting to reach the doctor, only for the wrong script to be sent over again, and again, and AGAIN. Id give this place a negative score if it was possible. Uncompassionate and lazy staff. Infuriating!

Place is a joke they canceled my appointment without any warning at all. They said doctor is no longer with the practice but neglected to call text or email me. They new for 2 weeks and now I'm losing money and they said they can't reschedule me for 2 months.

DO NOT GO HERE! This practice has never been very good, I started going there about 10 years ago, however it has gone WAY downhill in the past 3 years. The providers are always leaving the practice. They don't have enough doctors for their existing patients. You can never get appointments. If you make an appointment you can almost guarantee it's gonna be canceled. I have had to go to Urgent Care the last 3 times I needed a sick appointment because this office has NO availability. It's such a shame, but don't waste your time here.

Do not go to this practice! Doctors are leaving this practice constantly! They do not notify patients when this occurs. You find when out when you try to make an appointment only to be told that the doctor has left. My son has had 4 or 5 appointments scheduled since the beginning of the year for his yearly check up to turn around and be cancelled every time! My family is leaving this practice!

Trappe Peactice doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I have been sick and called on Monday for antibiotics they said they’d call me back never did. Later in pm I Called and spoke to someone explaining I was feeling very badly and had an annual exam scheduled the next day with Clara Tiburcio. She said she would send her a message. Never heard back tried to go to minute clinic the next morning but they had no openings. Went to 1:30 appointment waited until 2:30 for Clara Told her my experience with the office staff, she was unconcerned. We talked about what meds she would order I told her I had a flight the next morning so needed them asap. She agreed to send them to CVS. Went to CVS not there. Called office they said she places Rx orders at end of the day and CVS would call me.. Went online and discovered she ordered them thru my mail order company. To be delivered in a week. The office has no sense of urgency and doesn’t seem too conscientious about their patients.
Looking for a new doc

Honestly I'll give it a 3, and that's generous. It is impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner, so I go to vybe urgent care when I need to be seen. I go once a year for a yearly physical and then my meds require drug screens, which can be annoying when you're low or out of meds and they won't refill without a drug test. The only good thing I have to say is that Dr. Dupre listened and reviewed my chart in detail when my other doctor left without notice. Even after multiple prescription refill attempts on the portal nobody called the notify me that they left. I liked that they had night hours but last time I was there the office told me they were stopping them for a period of time, which doesn't help anyone. Don't know if they've resumed them since

I used to go to Penn Medicine and am transferring back due to the lack of responsiveness about my care and difficulty scheduling follow-up appointments. Something seems dysfunctional about this practice and it needs fixing.

ETA: Since this experience and having engaged a patient advocate, my chair has been prioritized under Dr. Rose. She has been accountable, responsive, attentive, and understanding. The staff is still a little behind the ball - when they’re busy the phone automatically hang up on you when you’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. I’ll continue to give them a third chance given the new responsive interactions.
Do not go to this practice if you value your health.
After several years of building a personalized care plan to manage my health conditions, I encountered significant issues when my primary care provider (PCP) left the practice without proper notification. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule appointments and obtain medication refills, the office failed to respond adequately.
The new provider refused to review my medical history or address my acute health concerns, abruptly discontinuing vital medications without explanation.
This lack of communication and disregard for established care plans has caused undue harm and put my health at risk. The office's administrative inefficiencies, such as long hold times and frequent disconnections, further compounded the problem. I'm now seeking a new primary care provider who values patient care and communication, and considering legal recourse to address these serious lapses in patient management.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The receptionist are nasty, rude, the MA felt she was being disrespected due to her lack of understanding and wanted to feel important and DECIDED to hang up on me. No one calls back and when you mention this wanna have confrontation!! Complete unprofessional trash! I wouldn’t take a dead body here. Good thing Dr. Motel left this piss poor “practice”. Might I add I live an hour and 20 minutes away and the doctor is demanding I come in person instead of a virtual visit. They truly can careless and the have absolutely zero compassion for patients.

This is the worst primary care doctor in the area. I call and call and call, and there are never any available appointments. I am sick, no appointment unless I wait for months. I need a prescription refill, nobody calls back. It is terrible that they treat you this way when you need to see a doctor. When you finally get an appointment, they schedule you an appointment when the doctor is on vacation and then call you 3 days prior to appointment to cancel and reschedule for a month and a half out. They told me that this was the only available option for their office, but they recommended that I go to the emergency room. Do they not understand the price difference between an emergency room and a doctors office visit? What is the point of having a primary care doctor? I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Good luck if you want to make an appointment here about an urgent medical concern, you'll be forced to wait ATLEAST a month... the office staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful aswell.

I went here years ago and left around 2004 and went back within the past year and they are absolutely horrible! I don't know if they changed when Tower Health or Jefferson Health took over but they are nothing like they were. So many obstacles to get an appointment. Needless to say I will be leaving there again and this time I won't be going back.
