I'd like to speak to the franchise owner before adding context to this review.

We have always had a wonderful time here. My princess had a wonderful time getting her first mani and pedi. Diva for a day was worth it!
Stylist: Corrina was fantastic with my daughter!

Make sure you call to see if they fixed their AC before going! My daughter had her birthday party today. No one called to tell me the AC was out for the last 2 weeks and will not be fixed for at least another month. They didn't even have any fans going. The cake place was even hotter! One of the moms said "I didn't know we were getting a sauna experience while we were here"! The girls working there did a fabulous job though. I'm not sure how they worked through the conditions there. My daughter also got her ears pierced before the party. Upon making the appointment, I was told of the many earring options and the included cleaning solution. However, the store was out of stock and didn't provide any cleaning solution. The workers seem to be doing a great job with the little they are given. Sadly, Collegeville seems to be a forgotten about location for this company.

They must either be really busy or are anti phones, because it's hard to get someone to pick up the phone here. I called numerous times, during business hours, and keep getting the voicemail. I left a message to inquire about a gift card and never received a call back. Even though this is the closest location to me, I'd rather driver further for a better experience for my dtr.

I wanted to give myself some time to reflect on the outcome of our party.
For a $454.80 party for 7 girls, it is simply not worth the money. Our party was scheduled for 1:45. We arrived by 1:30 as advised for set-up and figured we would briefly go over a layout of the party. Only 1 person was in the shop doing someone's hair. Waited 15 minutes until the rest of the staff arrived, they all walked past us and not one person addressed us. Someone could have said "we'll be right with you", but nothing. Finally, someone came over, confirmed we had everyone present and began the party around 1:50. They had 4 girls working the party. They painted nails rather quickly so those looked awful. I understand this is a child's party, but for the price, I expected much better performance. At the end, they made bracelets for the Era's Party instead of cutting cake and the workers left 1 employee with us, so they could get another party started. So we had to walk through another party to exit once we were done making bracelets. Once finished, I stood at the front waiting to pay because no one communicated to me at all what was going on yet again.
Absolutely awful experience and will never return nor recommend to anyone. I would greatly appreciate a call from a manager or owner and a partial refund to make things right because this was ridiculous.
UPDATE : 2 weeks and no response from owner or team….like I said $454 for 7 girls, horrible service, horrible communication. Will not return, will not recommend.

I scheduled my daughter for the diva for a day because it sounded great on the website but it was incredibly disappointing and that’s being nice. On the website it states that it will take over an hour - we were in and out of the salon in 30 minutes. Arrived at 4:30 and left at 5. The entire facial was skipped, the pedicure and manicure was just her dipping her toes and fingers into water and then getting them painted which took literally 3 minutes total each. The “makeup” was a 30 second application of colored eyeshadow and a glitter heart on her hand, you’d think they could add blush or lip gloss but nope. I wasn’t asked any preference on her haircut, she trimmed it and didn’t ask if we wanted any layers or face framing. The woman barely said all of 5 words to us during our short time there but she did let me know that she wouldn’t be blow drying my daughters hair fully even though the service is supposed to be a blow out. Upon coming home and taking her hair out of the braid I realized that the cut was completely uneven leaving almost every section of her hair with a different length. This has completely ruined our experience for her first haircut. Paying $75 for what we received is literal robbery.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at sweet and sassy! Even with a party of 10 girls, the staff made each one feel special. We’ll definitely be back again.

We had a pop star themed party for my eight year old and 10 friends and it was such a great experience . The staff was so talented, patient, creative, and flexible. The space was bright, clean, and colorful. They even played all Taylor Swify music for my tiny Swifty. Every girl smiled the whole time.

It took me well over a week of phone calls (and leaving 4 voicemails) to get an appointment setup for my daughters birthday (her and 4 friends). After finally getting ahold of an employee on the day before my daughters birthday (we had already invited her friends to go there because I figured they would've answered the phone or returned my call well within a week) I was told there was no availability for my daughters birthday which was the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and he got us scheduled. Two of my kids woke up on my daughters birthday coughing and hacking, so I tried all morning to get someone to answer so I could see what their protocol is or if they would like me to reschedule, but no one returned my call until 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. (12:30 PM) They didn't even ask me about the 3 voicemails I had left throughout the day. They just called me to let me know I was late for my appointment. Now they are saying they can't refund my deposit even though no one would answer the phone to give me any info. They said I can come in and use the deposit on products or services, but at this point I am exhausted with this place. I've seen several recent 1 star reviews about the manager vaping INSIDE OF THE STORE WITH CHILDREN PRESENT. Are you kidding me?!? ? I am beyond disappointed with this company and the way they handle business. Id rather my kids not inhale nicotine vapor while getting their Mani/Pedi anyways.

My niece, all the way from Virginia, had her birthday party here this past weekend. My sister called to let them know she was running 10 minutes behind and whoever picked up the phone was nice and said no problem. We get there and the lady at the front (Isabella) greets her with “you’re late, just to let you know this doesn’t extend your party time” with attitude. She wasn’t asking for her party time to be extended and I thought it was very rude. Then, my two nieces had an appointment to get their ears pierced first. They had two people do it. My 3 year old watches and asks to get hers done. We live 45 minutes away and she is there with all of her cousins, again from Virginia, to support her. Isabella says with her hand up “only if she can do one at a time I absolutely have no time to do it.” Now, during the party there were plenty of opportunities where they could have had 2 people do it. One time after all the girls were done with their makeovers my mom approached Isabella and asked if she could do it now. She responds with “this is my break time.” The end of the party, my daughter is still wanting to get her ears pierced. So Ava makes it happen for her, one at a time. Let’s just say it was very traumatic for her after she got the one and I had to hold her head while she was screaming to get the other. Isabella was watching from the desk and immediately after my daughter was done, helped be the 2nd person for the next scheduled piercing. I get that this was unplanned, but you don’t need to be so rude and obviously could have made it happen for her with two people and give my 3 year old a better experience. You are working with kids, have a better attitude and be more flexible.

Toxic work environment. Staff treated badly. Manager vapes in store.
