I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

“Joe Stringer from the King of Prussia, PA Henderson Road location was phenomenal to work with. I originally rented a 3’x3’ unit which, from the simulation online, gave me the impression that I could fit a one bedroom into it. When I got to the location, that wasn’t the case! It was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was going to fit in that. Joe was extremely instrumental in finding me a solution to fit my needs. He worked with me to get a unit that was the right size. In the end, I’m happy I got to work with Joe and I got exactly what I needed for my storage needs. Thank you and keep it up”

Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!”
“Their price was the best in the area, searching through multiple self storage locations, excluding a 1-star company. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. The manager was very friendly and made the sign-up experience flow nicely. Would definitely recommend to a friend.”

You download an app which lets you inside the gate to the facility via your blue tooth... it is so easy that even I could figure it out. ;) Great customer service. “We stored our travel trailer for several seasons always had a great experience. The prices are perfect, we never has an security issues or damage to our trailer. Super convenient location right off 422, and really close to the turnpike which was perfect for heading north to the Poconos or South to the N.J. , Del Shores. Only reason we left this facility was because we moved.”
