Our sales rep Sandra Salamone was very professional and helpful. R&F store had plenty of selections, and at a reasonable price.
We had an excellent visit to the Collegeville R&F store and met Tim the manager. He was very helpful finding us exactly what we were looking for. Raymour & Flanigan is lucky to have a manager who is driven by customer satisfaction.

Flawless shopping experience!

Kirsten greeted us at the door and assisted us through the process.
She has a great eye for colour and design and worked with us to find a 10' x 8' rug that matched our needs. She was also texting us on her days off to report progress and provide ideas for rugs.
We also ended up with a good financial deal as we were working to a tight budget.
Nothing negative to say!

I just bought a new sleeper sofa at R&F. The sales associate Robyn was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. This is the 3rd couch I’ve bought at R&F. Can’t wait until it gets delivered!!

Not super happy with the delivery as the 3 recliners have absolutely no plastic wrapping on them at all. The couch is totally wrapped and protected and the chairs are not

She answered all our questions, showed me exactly what kind of Avocado Green mattress we were interested in.
