So disappointed in this shop. Have not been there for awhile and will not be back. It is so overstocked and disorganized. It is a mess. Such a shame. They have ruined it with far too much merchandise.

My grandmother came here for reading Phillies mech for my uncle for his 60th bday and the sales team told him they don’t sell that kind of stuff here. That was like a week ago on Monday and I came in to check myself that Friday and the left side wall is covered it with hats and beanies and whatever. Its almost laughable

Not a good experience with this place whatsoever. Staff was rude, super unfriendly, and unhelpful in person. It was impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep... still haven't until this day. Have been trying since the 19th of Dec and just got my money refunded today with no response via email. Spent hours on hold and never spoke with a single person. Do not recommend the Collegeville location.

I went in today - great selection. This review is strictly for the employee Jennifer - she seems to be a manager. She is extremely rude to customers, but even worse to fellow employees which made all of the customers IMMENSELY uncomfortable. She was snapping her fingers at them, clapping at them to hurry up, it was awful to experience and witness. Regarding all of the other employees - they are absolutely fantastic and I hope that they are able to either stand up for themselves or get away from that kind of dreadful environment.

Online order and picked it up. No problems. If you're into local college and pro teams, they have a ton of stuff for many teams! The store is packed with merchandise!

The customer service here was fabulous! Today, an employee went above and beyond helping me find the jersey my son wanted. I couldn’t find it at any store or online. On an off-chance, I asked an employee (Tricia) and she told me she had seen it. She disappeared up on a ladder and came back down with it!! Despite it being busy, she took the time to help. Thank you!

This place has nice stuff but they never have any discounts. The prices are usually too high for me to justify paying. Some of the same wear is cheaper at corner stands and even competitive sport retailers. I always check in here though to see what they have.

Love this store. They are packed with all levels of sports items. I got my Eagles kelly green gear here! The store is packed, so plan plenty of time to browse. Prices are fair market.
