I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. “I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. “Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”

“Although the staffing is limited for now, I was helped in a timely manner and had a very pleasant experience. Dex was helpful and patient with everyone in the store despite being by himself. I came back the next day to see the manager Sabrina (who by the way deserves a raise) for everything she did for me, beyond grateful for her.”
“What started out as a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare. We had to go to the Experience store in KOP to have the mess cleaned up that began at the Malvern location.
We went in to begin a new service with T Mobile and ended up with charges and security deposits that never needed to be charged. We also weren’t told majority of the information that the employee should have informed us on before making the switch. Instead, he was just worried about getting the new account for his benefit and not the customer.
We should have known when we walked in to this location and the employee said, “I have to be honest with you, we don’t usually get anyone in this store.”
Luckily we had a MUCH better experience at the King of Prussia experience store and they were able to get everything situated.
Alex and Wil (KOP) went above and beyond to make sure our time with them was nothing like what we had experienced in Malvern and were beyond helpful and knowledgeable with the product that they promote.”
