I have gone to this store a few times. Never a problem. Jamie took great care of me. She spent an hour going over the pump and filter system that I would need to replace the one I had. She went out of her way to double check everything. She was extremely thorough.

Collegeville store has unattentive older male worker who is on his phone instead of helping customers, on the grumpy side also. He let's the younger help do all the work waiting on people.
