Louis was extremely helpful as we explored getting our first EV - very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted, very helpful with explaining everything and worked hard with us to find a payment option that worked well for us. I'd recommend Keyser Miller Ford and Louis to anyone looking for a Ford, especially an EV.

Placed a deposit on the truck next day I went to pick it up and they sold it. Next the truck I did buy was sold with warped rotors and 37% oil life. These issues should have been corrected on the safety inspection. The truck was new so it shouldn't have been a issue in the first place. Next I had to ask multiple times for my deposit back. Then as part of the agreement when I purchased the truck a brake controller was to be installed (because the truck that I put the deposit on had it in). When I arrive to pickup the truck the controller was not installed. So I now have to schedule a service to have the rotors corrected and the brake controller installed. I schedule the service for a few weeks later and confirmed multiple times that everything was ready and available because I would be waiting, I had to take the day off work and drive 2 hours one way to allow them to correct their mistakes. I arrive at service and the service advisor has no idea who I was and said they knew nothing. Also that they did not have a brake controller there and would need to wait till the dealer opens to confirm what I told them. After speaking with the dealer and the service manager they agreed they dropped the ball and started working on the truck. They came to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the rotors. I then showed the service manager pictures I took on my phone where you can clearly see the issues. You need to drive it again. He then agreed they need to install new. They then had to drive somewhere to get a brake controller so I had to wait even longer. Next issue was the warranty. The truck had roughly 1900 miles on when I got it. I asked the sales guy when the warranty would start he said the day I take delivery of the vehicle. I looked the truck up on ford only to find they warranty had started in November of 2023. Then asked the sales person again and he said the same thing on the day I take delivery. Well then I showed him what ford said and he said it should change. It's now been a month and still showed the same thing. Still no answer. Very dissatisfied with my entire experience. I gave them multiple chances and was let down every time.

My fiancée and I had a really disappointing experience leasing a 2024 F-150 STX from this dealership. What started as a $724 monthly payment quickly became a confusing mess, with the price changing several times—eventually landing at $569 after they claimed they were ‘losing money.’ The truck had issues almost immediately, needing updates that should have been done before it was sold. We were also misled about the trailer brake controller, which caused more headaches down the road. When we reached out for help, the dealership brushed us off and refused to let us switch to a different vehicle, offering only a brake controller as a fix. It’s clear they’re more focused on getting 5-star reviews than actually caring for their customers. We expected better and are really disappointed.

We contacted a few Ford dealerships and none of them had what we wanted but also fitted our budget. Then we found a solid Maverick truck with all the bells and whistles at Keyser Miller Ford that wasn’t too over the top! The wonderful and kind associate who helped us was Peter Ramirez! He was incredible, very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly and professional! He was definitely not a typical salesman, which is why I called him an associate! He did not pressure us into buying anything and was extremely helpful in helping us find the right truck without breaking the bank! I got out of work late and he stayed late to assist me in purchasing the truck and taking it home so I wouldn’t have to come back another day! Peter is super charismatic and every associate in retail should be like him! Thank you so much Peter for all that you’ve done for us and I hope Ford recognizes your talent and reward you generously!!! The manager lady there was lovely and easy to work with too! I’m sorry I forgot your name but thank you for making the paperwork and transaction seamless!

Ford Got my car in right away diagnosed problems.it was past repair new car time but my ford edge lasted 165,000 miles. Tabatha and Nick were great with appt and info about repairs.thank you will be back in future
