“Connie at the reception desk welcomed us to the hotel…. Gracious, informative, professional and especially friendly! So nice! The room was oversized and spacious! And the restaurant fabulous! Great service from Luke, Jillian, Bruna and hats off to Chef Rashad! The tomahawk steak and salmon were perfect! Talk about a beautiful presentation! I have to thank Jay for his fabulous espresso martinis! Jay treated us with great attention while we enjoyed listening to the band…. Undercover the People’s Band! And also another thank you to Donna for excellent hospitality! This spot is top notch! Thank you to everyone for all the attention and kindness. We will be back.

Food & drinks: Delicious!!! Loved our tomahawk steak and salmon. Of course the drinks too! We appreciated the constant attention from Luke and Jillian!”

“We stayed at the Desmond for the weekend of our wedding in June 2024, and also included them as a room block for our guests. The Desmond is a great hotel for your wedding weekend if you are having your wedding in the surrounding area. It is close to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and other activities for your guests. It also has a great lobby, bar, and terrace setup for welcome drinks, after parties, and wedding brunches. The staff and management was great about communicating throughout the entire process and many of our guests complimented the property. We would recommend the Desmond for your wedding weekend.”

“Stayed the weekend for a wedding, of which I did the flowers for. This hotel was wonderful and the staff incredibly accommodating. They offered me a more sizeable room to work in and without my asking, loaned me a cart! Gave us a late check-out after a long but wonderful weekend. Thoughtful in ways that were unexpected and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Wayne Hotel Staff.”

“The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. Albdul checked us in, and he did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. Now, complementary hours were from 5-630pm. They had snacks and cheese and fruit, which was ok. Drinks were included in what you wanted. Now, the bartender that night was NOT pleasant at all. He had a strong chip on his shoulder. I had to ask if he was ok because the attitude was not professional at all. We were a party of 8, and all of us felt the same way. The beer was flat as it was Ina pitcher. Asking for another one from the tap was also a problem. Now, breakfast was wonderful. The chef made it his job to make you feel very comfortable. The morning breakfast crew was full of smile. We did go to the pool which was freezing and we didn't stay long. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Felt safe.”

“Located in a convenient part of the city, this Hyatt offered quick check in the middle of the night. Rooms were in good condition and provided plentiful towels which is a plus for a young family. Pool and jacuzzi are quiet and clean which is refreshing as well as a little area to spray yourself down. Check out was easy and Courtney at the front desk was amazing! I missed breakfast with the little ones but hooked it up with a banana and bagel for the road. This hotel knows their client base very well. Looking forward to the next visit.”

“For me, it has been such a long time since I had amazing service at a hotel. Every single front desk host was super friendly and smiled whenever I needed anything or had questions. Before my last day there, I told one of the host about my experience and that I would definitely recommend this place. I would have given it a 4.9 star rating if I could. Reason why is that we came in the middle of the week so since they clean your room every other day, I had to get towels. Which I did not mind at all. No complaints though.
Oh and breakfast was really good!”

“The Alloy is a wonderful place to stay in King Of Prussia. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the folks behind the desk were incredibly helpful. I was especially impressed with the barista at the grab-and-go breakfast spot downstairs. She was friendly and thoughtful. The bar was hopping in the best way! Great energy every night without being crowded.

Rooms: Clean and stylish.

Nearby activities: The largest mall in the United States is nearly walking distance. From Tiffany Diamonds to Prada Shoes--the world is your oyster.”

“The front desk was so sweet. My daughter was celebrating her 13th birthday and the pool was down which was the reason we booked at the hotel. They did everything they could to move mountains. Thank you for your kindness.”

“Absolutely amazing!!! My family and I are doing a short-term move to this location, and we couldn't be more thrilled! It's right in the heart of so much on the mainline, yet somehow it remains so peaceful and serene. Shawn and Claudine are the best ??”

“Nice and elite hotel. Easy accessible parking, nice front desk. Comfortable beds, large room and shower. Additionally you have sink, microwave and dishes in the room.
Beautiful lobby and complementary beer and vine for certain hours.
only I didn’t like if your room has access to second room, that’s so bad because if your neighbors have fun or night you can’t sleep.”

“RECOMMEND! 7/5/24 - Traveling by bicycle, this was a welcomed rest stop along my trip. My room was small (one bed) but clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and the service was OUTSTANDING! Great value for the price.

Thank you front desk staff for taking care of my bike and being so friendly - much appreciated. A+

Finally, what a nice town to walk around and enjoy the evening. I got lucky with First Fridays - did not know that was going to be happening.”

“Staff gets 5 stars especially our man Chris and our girl assistant GM Jacqueline! Entire staff is super friendly, professional and polite including the housekeepers.. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. Jacqueline is a super sweet lady who keeps her word,, I'm glad we met her. But the star of the hotel is a fine young gentleman named Chris. His parents raised a fine young gentleman who must be very proud of him. Super nice guy, always upbeat and friendly, courteous and polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient as all heck! Smiling big thinking about his patience! Treated us with such respect. He explained things thoroughly.. And no matter how many times we bothered him, he never wavered.. He was just as polite, friendly, courteous and respectful as he always was. Chris is absolutely an asset and definitely a keeper... Any company would be lucky to have Chris as a part of their team. Truly a remarkable young man and employee!! Thank you to all staff for making our stay a very pleasant one!!Very clean hotel too.. Rooms are veyr clean and smell so pretty when you walk in.. Very welcoming. Housekeeping does a terrific job cleaning. Beds are soft and SO comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Pillows too were so soft and comy and they actually fit the size of the bed, King size pillows! Great night sleep! Great location and close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. A must stay! Breakfast was very good too and Brandon from room service is also a very nice friendly guy who went out of his way to help us. Barb at the restaurant is also a super friendly woman who actually brought menus up to our room, so we didn't have to come down.. Super nice lady. Then there is the maintenance guy who took the lock off our window for us! Super nice man.. very friendly personality.. and no wait time.. We called downstairs and they literally sent him right up!This hotel definitely knows how to treat and take care of their guests. They make you feel welcomed and special. Great staff! We will definitely be back.. We look forward to it! Great pricing too.. So worth it! We highly recommend this hotel! When you stay at a not so nice hotel it really makes you miss and want to run back to a hotel like the Sheraton where you had such a great experience and stay.”

“Hampton Inn has really upped their game in recent years. This particular site had friendly, accommodating staff, even when we checked in close to midnight. They had a variety of snack options available at the counter for anyone who may be checking in too late to order food so that we didn't have to find a gas station for snacks, and they were generous with requests for items like mouthwash. The soap smelled amazing, and I love the way they've gone environmentally friendly by using lotion, shampoo, and conditioner bottles mounted to the walls to both reduce plastic waste and, I'm sure, save costs in all the travel sized toiletries that everyone is so fond of taking home. They were perfect for a clean, comfortable, safe overnight stay or even a work trip. I can't comment on the continental breakfast because I overslept, but they do offer it, so that's a plus as well. I wasn't there long enough to utilize it, but there is a gym facility with Peleton equipment. The final (and one of the most important for me) amenities: the lobby has 24-hour access to a variety of coffees, tea, and hot water. There are few things more disappointing than getting to a hotel that has an old glass coffee pot setup with scorched or empty pots any time of the day except the breakfast rush. If you're in the area and need a place to crash, I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms: The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout of the room was practical to allow for easy setup should someone need to do remote work with a laptop. They've updated the outlets to accommodate USB plugins (which you'd think is pretty standard by now, but you'd be surprised how many still don't have accessible USB ports close to the bed).

There was an extra pillow in the closet, which is perfect for me, as I sleep with 3 pillows and there are usually only 2 per person on the bed.

The shower was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and had great water pressure that got good and hot.”
