Let me begin with the fact that my nails always look great after my visits.I’m not sure what is going on but my past three visits had extraordinary wait times. The first for the three was double booked because Lin forgot to put my appointment in the book. I arrived and was told they could get to me in an hour or two. Unfortunately that did not work for me so I left without service that day.Next visit, I got a text while on my way to the appointment (twenty minutes before my appointment time) to come an hour later because they were backed up. I arrived as scheduled but had to wait at least a half hour.Yesterday I had an appointment. When I arrived only Cindy was there (my appointment t was with her) and busy with another client. I’m not sure if it was a walk in or late arrival, but it was a half hour before they were done and resulted in yet another long wait for me. Lin was not there, told Cindy to tell me to wait because she had to pick up her daughter at work and would be back. I was there for 45 min before Lin returned and then complained about the business she was missing out on because she had to transport her daughter to and from work.Cindy had already begun my service.This has been my go to place for years. They do a fine job. I hope the time management issues are resolved because i like to patronize small businesses but the lack of regard for the value of my time is disturbing.Service: Pedicure

Went to the salon on Sunday at 4:30 after getting a babysitter...juggling all my kids around...I get there and they are closed...SO FRUSTRATING..CHANGE the times that you are open on website!!!

I’ve been searching for a place to do my nails for the last 5 years that I’ve lived here… every place I’ve tried has been disappointing or downright horrible. I tried this place after reading the reviews and I was not disappointed one bit!! Lin and Cindy are so friendly and they really care about how you like your nails to look. They make recommendations when I just don't know and their work is flawless! They create a truly fun experience and yes, this is a nail salon that offers waxing and other services as well.

This salon is fantastic. We did a Mom/Daughter day here. Cindy and Lin are so pleasant and the salon is large and relaxed and spacious. It is not overcrowded and smelly like many nail salons are. My daughter is thrilled with her nails!

I called asking for a French gel and was a little taken back when I got there to find out that they would only do powder. If I hadn't had an event that afternoon, I might have gone elsewhere for gel. Boy, am I glad I stayed! As I write this 3 weeks later, my nails look as great as the day I had them done. No chipping, no lifting, and the growing nail has revealed a perfectly oval glaze of powder. The dip color is so natural that even though there is now an 1/8" gap between the cuticle and polish, the color change is imperceptible for the casual onlooker. I love them! The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and friendly. Plenty of laughter. I look forward to returning.

They did a beautiful job. I had a full set put on and my daughter had a pedicure and tips and dip. Definitely going back.
