These guys bend over backwards for their customers!

Service is horrible. I was looking for a package and I had a text saying it was delivered to the store but they said they can’t help or won’t?? I had the tracking number and the text message and they didn’t even give me any ideas on how to find my package.

It’s hit or miss. I’ve been there several times. Most of the time, if it is a simple task, they will be fine. This time 2 very employees left me particularly frustrated. Will do bare minimum, when there is a problem that needs resolution.(something non-standard) they will dismiss you with patronizing attitude.
