Have had golf grips done here for years. Over the last visit or two the quality has gone completely downhill.3 of the 6 grips done were completely off center for alignment on the grips "track"Laziness on the part of the person doing it because some were done correctly and some were off.Would hesitate to bring anything here again to be done.

This morning, I placed an online order for in store pickup for an item that was listed as “1 left in stock” and was nervous that the item may not actually be available, given that sometimes items listed as “in stock” may not be up to date or accurate. I arrived to the store within 10 minutes of their opening and since I hadn’t received an alert that my item was ready, expected to wait until it was retrieved. To my surprise, the item was ready and waiting! That means that someone in the store was hard at work filling online orders even before the doors opened. Kayla was prompt and professional and did a great job of asking for my name and confirmed my identity by asking for my ID. As a customer who has placed a lot of online orders for items to pick up in store at various stores including Target etc, it was obvious to me that she was well trained and that there was a procedure for all in-store pick-up items. I was also looking for another item which I asked her for some guidance in directing me to where I might find the item, and she happily walked me to a nearby stand where they were located, saving me loads of time. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, and very glad I was helped by Kayla, as I have a very busy day ahead. The customer service Kayla provided was 10 out of 10. In a day and age where I’ve come to expect my interactions with store staff to be lackluster and even disappointing/upsetting, this pleasant surprise really started off my Friday on a high note and made me all the more eager to enjoy the long holiday weekend. Thanks, Kayla! I really appreciate all your help this morning. Keep up the stellar work!

I recently had a complicated issue with a shoe order at the Collegeville, PA store. The staff really went above and beyond to help me resolve everything. The managers Jim & Colleen were really helpful and responsive. Kanika was L1 support when I called customer service and she was great. Everyone likes to complain about things online, but they deserve a shout-out at least.

Half hour to get somebody to get to a pair sneakers , I almost walk out just cause. I don't feel like going to king of prussia but next time I will just take the ride, Not a good experience

Excellent help. I was in the Collegeville PA store looking for a good sports bra. I don't remember associates name (10/28.. maybe started with a J), but she was incredibly helpful and worked so hard to help me find what I was looking for. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable

Good selection of sportswear and equipment. Not so much for football / soccer. Perhaps sell popular teams shirts / Jersey's for example.The staff are helpful, but the prices. There are better prices to be found online and elsewhere.Worth it if you need something in a hurry and don't have time to shop around.

Was looking for football cleats for my son, workers were just talking to each other and not coming over to help so I finally had to go over and get them. Than the fun began I asked if the had these shoes in his size, he scanned them and said nope, so we picked out another pairs and did the same, again not in his size. After 3 more times of doing that I finally ok what DO you have in his size. This seem to be a inconvenience for him and he finally said I guess I can look in back. Not very helpful staff.

Why is it when you spend $80 on items, use $20 in bonus money, it's the FIRST thing you LOSE when you do a return?? Seriously, I spent $80 on online merchandise. I used my (earned) bonus money of $20 and the balance on my credit card ($60). I returned $40 of merchandise that did not fit. They proceeded to reduce my $40 credit by $10 because they "prorated" my bonus money per item. I tried to explain that I paid much more than the $20, so that bonus money should not be included in my return. They said, "It's just how we do returns. We divide the bonus money up per item and take that reduction on returns." This does NOT make sense. Then just say I have a percentage off items! So I lost $10 of my $20 earned bonus money. They told me "the points will be put back into my account, so once I reach another bonus, I will get bonus money again. SERIOUSLY. I will NOT be back for this corrupt business practice!
