Best apartment complex i ever been to. The property manager is amazing and cares about all her tenets. I also llove the maintenance man Billy i believe his name is. Best rates best service especially from these employers.And to top it all off the staff left the free housewarming gift on the counterI wouldn't want to live anywhere else

The property manager, Jennifer, was so helpful in getting the application process completed and prompt in responding to any of our questions. Apartments are clean with lots of storage space. Laundry set up is super convenient. Finding a parking space close to our building hasn’t been a problem for us. And my husband loves the gym! Highly recommend these apartments!

I Don’t recommend, i have moved to different place and they promised me to refund my security deposit within 30 days from moving date and it pass 4 moth and they didn’t refund me any money back. Called them and emailed them alottttt and never heard anything back.

Was a great place for a divorced mom of 2. 5 years later and $190. More in rent...not so good. No parking infront of your building, unless you have a handicap placplacard. Good thing for those that like to take advatage of this, Collage Arms is all for it. .

Terrible Management. Ok would rate them negative if I could. The only place I have ever lived where my personal privacy was invaded my management. Management put a doctored smoke detector in the hallway that videotapes and records without the consent of myself or any of my neighbors. They have been taping me my friends and family (including minors) for over a month now. The only reason I was informed was because I took the device down and went to the police. They do not keep the doors locked so anyone has access to my apartment at anytime and the firedoor in front of my apartment is bolted open so it can not be closed for any reason. Even though this is illegal and a direct violation of the borough's building code. No rules or regulations are followed n no one seems to care. New management needs to get here asap because Dilucia Management is not doing their job rather letting Jennifer Heim do whatever it is she pleases legal or not.

Girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year, best apartment complex ever. Property manager is nice and good at her job. Maintenance is knowledgeable and on time. Amenities are great, utilities included with rent. We have only ever payed electric.Cant reccomend enough.

My husband and I have lived here since March 2015. We love it. The Property Manager Jenn is great. The maintenance staff is great. They handle your work order requests super fast. There's a pool and small gym. The laundry rooms were recently updated with new larger washers and dryers. Our neighbors are nice and we love the floor we are on. The apartments are visually appealing as well. We have never had any issues with rodents of any kind. We are moving soon but only due to relocating. I wanted to be sure to write about our positive experience here and would highly recommend College Arms to anyone. Also free cable is included. I'm talking Verizon Fios HD channels, which is great! Hope this helps someone make the decision to say yes.

I've lived in many different states and have rented several different apartments in my lifetime, and I have too say that this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Any others have never even compared to how well this place is maintained, safety is top notch and order is kept! The management is on top of everything your requests never go unanswered and this is definitely a place called home for me for the past 3 years!

The apartments themselves are nice, well maintained with quite large bedrooms. But the money dumpsters are so far away that you have to drive your garbage to them! Also the manager is not the easiest to work with.
