“I have been looking for an apartment and went to see Willowbrook Apts in West Norriton. The woman I was dealing with, her name is Moe, was the most nicest and accommodating person you ever want to meet. She helped me from beginning to end and nothing was to much. Always had a smile on her face from the time you entered the property until you left. Im not computer savvy, and that was no issue at all. The Property Manager , Toby, was also very nice and accommodating. They make sure your very comfortable. I thank them both for all of your help.”
“Love the apartments! We've been here for a few months now and I just had to leave a review. The staff take really good care of getting the neighbors together and creating fun events that are including of everyone! One of my favorite people from the staff who I just had to mention was Kevin! Kevin has come help us out a before with our maintenance requests, but most recently he impressed us more than ever. No job big or small is a problem for him. Not only does he fix it, but he will even go out of his way and explain what he did and how he did it. Besides being incredible in his craft, hes incredible with pets!”

“This was my first stay in the U.S., and I absolutely loved living here for two years. The location is incredibly convenient — everything from grocery stores to the train station is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and responsive, and most of our maintenance requests were handled promptly. We made great memories with our community friends, and my family had lots of fun during our time here. We’re definitely going to miss the community. If I ever return to PA, I’ll definitely come back to these apartments. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend it!”

“I have lived here for two years now and I am about to renew again. They are the best. The management is fantastic and truly cares about you as a tenant. Ashley and Jennifer care about ensuring you are happy living here. If there are ever any issues with the apartment (which are little to none and I have lived in two different apartments here) they will be quick to ensure that it gets fixed and remain in communication with you the whole time. Prices are about as good as they get here and you feel safe in the area. I looked at numerous other places within 15 miles of here, but none of them compare. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!”
“Lived on the 3rd floor at Strafford Station for 3 years & just relocated to Philly for a great job opportunity. I had a very good experience at Strafford Station and found the Management to be highly responsive to all needs and concerns throughout my residency. “As far as the office goes, the staff is exceptional! Sandy, Gabby, and Aaliyah are wonderful with questions, concerns, and issues, return calls, they value your privacy, they take your concerns seriously, and they are always very helpful no matter what.
They are knowledgeable, very friendly, and kind, as well. It's really impressive when the Manager of the company takes time out of their day to discuss some of the personal things going on in your life and how she and the company can help.
It makes a huge difference in just where you want to live.
They make you feel at home.”
