Zack’s is as reasonable and honest as they come. Always so helpful and willing to work with his customers. Most recently, one mechanic told me I needed something done and I took it to Zach for the work. He called me and asked me why I’d asked for it to be done as in his estimation it was not needed, not recommended. He could have chosen to make a buck and I would never have known. I won’t soon forget that. Highly recommend Zack’s.

Jeep TJ all shocks replacement.I’m a new customer. So easy to schedule. Right on target with estimate and overall great people to talk to and work with. Alerted me of possible other thing to look at down the road. Other shops would have tried to pressure for add on now but not Zack’s.
