The manager there knows me from coming in over the years. He's great at helping me choose paints and makes the experience personable. The store is clean and organized. I never have to wait long to be helped. It's a very friendly environment. The products are top quality and easy to choose from. I don't go anywhere else for my paint.

The customer service here is excellent. I painted my room and it didn't turn out like I hoped. Went back to store, explained my situation and the manager resolved the issue immediately. All the staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to turn my frown upside-down. Stellar service all the way around. Many thanks to Ron and Gavin for helping me out.
