I pulled into Bay 3 around 6:45 pm and the machine took a hold of $10 on my cc. Basically, $3.50 for 4 mins. But it dint allow me to change to the other function and the pressure was low as well.
NO ONE ON PREMISES TO HELP.
I called the operator to help me out and he suggested that nozzle must be blocked and did nothing about it. Then, I pulled for touch less wash and requested the owner to compensate me for the time waste/hassle and approaching nearby ppl for help.
The owner replied I can refund you the $3.50 which you spent. Ridiculous.
The owner could not even get a car wash for the 30 mins you spent roaming here there for help.
Never coming back here again.

Went for touch-less because of matte paint. Half of the arms, sprays and high pressure jets didn’t work; drying didn’t work properly (car was all wet after). Waste of time and money.

This place is a study in contrasts. Newer equipment in bay 1 that can do soft touch or touchless, and touchless in bay 2 but...bay 2 is never open. Seems to me they enjoy charging $15 for a touchless wash so why open bay 2. Yea, the equipment works pretty good so long as you tap for payment and the drains aren't clogged... So a 5 for quality of wash and a 1 for absurd price for a total of 3.C'mon man, it's a carwash, $10 ain't enough?

If you use a card it only does 4 minutes at a time then you have to swip again. I don't think anyone can wash there car that fast and I wasn't about to keep swiping

Love the new soft touch wash. 20 dollars well spent. Wish they vacuums had better suction.

Clean, Everything worked even the change machine. Self serve was easy to enter and exit. There is an automatic wash option.
