We need to get a line & find a price plan at this store. Lucas was very helpful & knowledgeable & found everything we wanted! He is patient, polite & really helpful. Marcus is also helpful. This store is pleasant & the display is nicely done. It was a good experience.

I switched carriers from metro and now I want the go back.. my boyfriend had to get his internet connection fixed and it didn't take long at all. They are always on point and on top of making customers happy and satisfied with their services and business.

We have T-Mobile family plan. I went in this store and they had loud music playing that I had to speak over at the counter that the desk attendant would not turn down. When he turned his attention to me he immediately started to question me about the phone and went on about how I needed to open a new account with Metro-PCS for him to even help me. I picked up the phone and left. Sorry I bothered him with my potential business.
